A True Strategic Partner for Complex HubSpot Implementations

Working with Set2Close on our implementation was an outstanding experience. Matt, Frank, and the entire team went above and beyond to understand the complexity of our business and build solutions that truly fit our model.

What stood out most was their willingness to slow down and help us clean and consolidate our data, something no previous vendor had taken the time to do at this level. That foundational work made a huge difference in setting us up for long-term success and created cleaner, more trustworthy data that has also helped other departments across our company operate more effectively.

Needed lots of help

I was skeptical first of moving from Salesforce to HubSpot. I knew we needed to punch above our weight class but there are a lot of moving pieces and lots at stake. I contracted Set 2 Close to help us with that transition and the team has been putting in both hands and feet to the project. They jumped in right away and have been putting us on the right track. I am 100% confident that Blair and Justin are going to lead us to the promised land and I’m so excited about what HubSpot can do for us! I would definitely recommend Set 2 Close to others.

Matt did a great job of supporting my goals.

Matt did a great job of answering my questions and ensuring I understood the next steps in my self-serve onboarding. It was a well-supported experience. I did find the sidekick a bit confusing at times and would have like to see the specific things separated out aligned to my goals.

Highly recommend

When we came to Set 2 Close. We weren't sure how we should use HubSpot and what a good sales process looks like. Working with Mat and his team, we feel like we are getting the most out of HubSpot and we have a really good path forward on how we are going to prospect and create deal volume for our company.

We worked with Set 2 Close to implement the HubSpot CRM Sales platform for our nonprofit. Set 2 Close meetings weren't long enough for our team.

Set 2 Close helped us onboard to Hubspot since we were not familiar with the platform at all. The only reason for the 3 star rating is 30 minute meetings weren't really long enough to get questions asked and answered for our team especially as there were internet delays on both ends most meetings.

Without them we would be lost...

I had no idea how to work HubSpot and had paid a lot of money to get the platform. Set 2 Close was able to walk us through all of the features that HubSpot offers. Now I feel like I totally understand the platform better and I really value what it can do for us. Without them we’d be lost. Definitely recommend working with Set 2 Close if you are going to be using HubSpot

Got more than what I paid for.

Any CRM I was trying could not fulfill my needs of my business. HubSpot was close but we weren’t quite there. I decided to hire Set 2 Close and now I have a CRM that perfectly fits my business. I found the pricing to be very fair and I felt like I got more than what I paid for. The sales team is excited to dive into using the new CRM and we are growing fast and will likely need their help again. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

P.S. Matt and Kyle are the shit

We were initially skeptical...

I had an entire team who was skeptical of HubSpot and of Set2Close. We had very specific needs out of HubSpot and a team that was very technical. Matt and his team made us feel like this was definitely the right decision. They made sure that we had a solid foundation in place and that pretty much every question we had before the end of our onboarding was answered. I would definitely recommend them to others and I look forward to working with them on other projects in the future now that we have.
