Easy to use, quick, painless. Recommend.

After the recent loss of my father this company made the whole process of notifying all of the different companies very easy. I found the whole process hassle free and would highly recommend this company to any one who has recently lost a loved one. 5 stars to settled! Thank you.

It's easy to use and has worked really well. It took a few minutes to set-up and had saved loads of time and effort. Also when I'd forgotten to inform someone about my father's death, I can just logon, tick a box to inform them and it's job done.

I didn't know where to begin to sort out my late mother's estate. Settld advised everybody for me and I even got some advice about probate. I wish more companies would deal with them it would make a dreadful time a whole lot easier. This is an amazing service.

I’ve now used Settld a couple of times to inform companies about the death of a relative prior to commencing the probate process. I chose to use Settld to avoid frustrating hours finding phone numbers, getting stuck in phone queues, being transferred between departments or waiting for call backs.

Their service is excellent. It’s like the “Tell us once” that is offered at the registrar’s office. You give them the details and upload the forms in just a few minutes without the above hassles. They ask for feedback in the form of a review but do not contact you to sell other services.

If you wanted them to do the probate for you their website gives a brief, precise description of what they can offer. They outline three packages showing exactly what you get and the price you pay. I was confident in undertaking the probate process myself otherwise I would have looked at these in more detail. The pricing is upfront and not based on a percentage fee.

If I require any future advice I’d make Settld my first port of call.

This is not the service you hear about prior to requiring to use it. When I was told about it and the reason for Settld being set up, it made totally sense to sign up. In what is a weird and difficult time, Settld have been nothing short of amazing. Helpful, efficient and supportive, I would recommend all families to use this service. It saves you having to ring/contact many companies and explain the change of circumstances, during what is a really tricky time.

A very useful service to let companies know of someone's death in one place

I was a little apprehensive about using a company that I hadn't really heard of previously, but I need not have worried. Polite and helpful staff and a user friendly website made the whole process of notifying various companies so much easier and amazingly the basic service is absolutely free. Once all the companies were notified, I was even able to run a missing assets search (at a small cost) to ensure I hadn't missed anything. I would definitely recommend them.

We very sadly lost our son early this year. Settld was a very user-friendly hub for helping to sort out his affairs. It was a simple matter of choosing the utility, digital, financial company we needed to let know, plus adding any policy/account numbers or documents linked to his name, and they did the work behind the scenes. There were regular updates about progress, which was helpful, especially at such a tough time for us as a family.

This service is amazing, cannot believe it was free. If you've lost someone close to you, trust these guys to take care of the admin. It was honestly the most wonderful thing that's happened in a very difficult period. It's like the government's Tell Us Once service but for the real world. Shame on those companies that don't participate in this (Av!va...). Why ever not? Heartily recommend. 5 stars.

The service and help we had from Settld.care was absolutely amazing and smoothed the path on a difficult journey. The format of their website was easy to navigate and simple to understand. When they posted a question it was clear and simple to submit the answer and then off they went again to do further investigation…..just brilliant! And they are a charity - unbelievable! A completely free service too! The staff were so understanding of how difficult a time it can be and all correspondence was handled with such care and sensitivity.

I think it’s a great shame that when doing an internet search, their name doesn’t appear higher up the search list. It took me a long time researching to find what I wanted - a simple, yet concise, understanding organisation that would help me find ALL companies not government connected (Tell Us Once handles those). Hopefully these reviews will help boost Settld.care to the top of the search list so that more people benefit from their wonderful service during a very stressful time of losing a loved one.

I honestly can't believe that this service is free. The fees quoted by solicitors were so high and so to find this service was a godsend at a difficult time. Highly recommended.

When you are going through a difficult time, Settld really help with the difficult and stressful process of sorting out your loved one's financial affairs. They are also as unobtrusive and sensitive as possible and very efficient. Highly recommended.
