All around fantastic products and service. Had looked around for beard balms and oils without too many unsafe/dubious ingredients and have found these are definitely the best option. Customer service is easy and well-designed, website is clear and easy to use, and the points system is clearly explained.

I’m not normally someone who feels compelled to write reviews however, Seven Potions and their customer service team are a breath of fresh air in this ever saturated and automated world of online shopping.

I ordered their beard grooming kit as a Christmas present and within two days it had already been shipped and on its way. Due to an issue (not their fault) the address to my flat was not included as a result the parcel couldn’t be delivered and was due to be returned. As this was a Christmas gift I was a bit stressed and contacted the customer service team to explain the situation. Within 24 hours they had replied, corrected my address and sent out another package free of charge.

In the end my original package was delivered alongside the new package, I contacted the team again explaining the issue and offering to return the item but was told not to worry and keep both items.

An all around amazing experience and a shout out to Sofia on their customer service team who was excellent and communicative!

Would buy from here again in a heartbeat!

Seven Potions exceeded my expectations!
After lots of researching beard products, I decided to give Seven Potions a try.
Their website was simple to use and gave me all the details I needed to make a decision regarding which products could work for me.
I ordered using the first order discount code and my delivery was extremely fast with great updates throughout!
I’ve already used several of the products and am super impressed with the results, much better than the previous dedicated beard products I’d used.
I’ll definitely be sticking with these products and reordering when my supplies begin to run low. Great company.

Amazing Beard products. All natural ingredients and smells wonderful. It makes my beard truly soft.

I got one of their beard oil with the citrus scent. Very quick delivery and it seems like a premium product. Comes in a nice carton box, glass bottle with pipette. Oils are all natural and organic.
