Very convenient and hassle free journey
Well planned

We had a great experience with them. Everything was up on par, they were completely honest, truthful and gave options that were really good. Tim really understands the needs of a person and does his best to provide it 24/7 and go out of his way to help and quite literally answered to my thousands of questions lol.
So glad we decided to go with them. Had nothing but an amazing trip, all thanks to tim.

We have booked several holidays with Angela and every experience has been amazing. She has helped us organise trips to Bali, Zanzibar and China, and the service has been excellent from start to finish every time.

Angela always goes above and beyond, including arranging our transport to and from the airport, which made everything completely stress-free. Her attention to detail, communication and support throughout the whole process have been fantastic.

I have booked a trip to Dubui in September and really looking forward to it .Hopefully times will have changed and my trip will go ahead .

Avoid this travel agent! Beware of scam! Seven Zones Travel Services collect your money and disappoint you few weeks before your travel!
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the booking I made on 16th Febryary,2026 for 3 people in the family. I selected the instalment payments option and agreed three instalments. I paid 2 instalments for the three passengers, in February and March, 2026, so far total of £1,296.
However, just before the due date for the final payment, the company stopped answering calls. I called an agent, called consultant Steve, no response several times. Rather I was getting whatts app messages, saying will call back in 5 minutes, but nobody called back. When I eventually got through to the main company line, I was told few times to speak to consultant who was not responding at the time. The following week, I was informed that the flights had been cancelled, that I should pay extra £690 for the 3 of us! That was when I realised the scam!
I contacted the airline directly. Airline staff informed me that the flight was not cancelled and reservation was only made on 8th April, according to the airline staff and no payments was made to airline. The airline said there were still lots of seats available on the flight.
I requested an immediate full refund of all payments made and still waiting to receive money back from Seven Zones Travel services.
Please confirm the refund within 7 days from 17/04/2026.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, this matter will be escalated further.
