Severnsparks Opiniones

Matt made the whole process very easy. Responded well to email communication, was helpful and clear about options. Was happy to consider alternative suggestions. Punctual, polite, good value. What more can you ask?

Matt came and fitted my EV charger. Throughout the whole process communication was great and installation was quick and neat. Price was competitive also. Very pleased.

Excellent……efficiently installed with no problems.

Matt is highly recommended. Great comms, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional service. Couldn't have asked for more for our EV charger fitting.

Severn Sparks and Matt, we’re clear, helpful, efficient, timely, reasonably priced and thoroughly professional and skilled. Thank you for an excellent service.

Matt installed a Hypervolt EV charger for us. Good price, great communication, tidy and professional service.

I would not hesitate to recommend Matt of Severn Sparks. Top notch in every way.

Outstanding service, responsiveness, communications, and high quality fit!

Following a recommendation, I contacted Severn sparks for a quote for a home ev charging point. Matt was very efficient in providing an online quote from photos, which was far better than any others I’d received. He was also happy to come out just to confirm that the installation would be as straightforward as it appeared, as I was concerned that if there was any deviation that would add to the cost. He arranged a fitting date and contacted me again a few days prior to this to check it was still ok, and gave me a time. The installation was straightforward as he’d said, he tidied up after himself and talked me through how to use the charger through the app; all in all I’m very happy with the service. I’d thoroughly recommend Severn Sparks and I will be keeping the company in mind for any future electrical jobs I may have. Many thanks Matt

Matt was fantastic! Very knowledgable, tidy job at a very reasonable price.. happy customer.

Really please with work Matt did. EV point and sensors. On time and tidy and very polite. Looking to get him back to do more work.

Very happy to recommend.

Matt did a fantastic job at a great price. The whole process from first enquiry to installation completed could not have been better. Highly recommended.

Honest, reliable, quality and fast. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent communication, competence, timeliness and workmanship. Will definitely use again.

Matt arrived on time and finished the job in no time. Best installer I've had for ages. He did a very good and tidy job. Highly recommended.

Matt arrived when he said he would, was friendly and left everything tidy when he was done. Subsequent emails re EV charging and certificates arrived that evening. Great service.

Near job. Explained all work well. Found a route for cables so as to show less.

Hypervolt approved installer/Electrician
From start to finish Matt was very professional and was quick to respond via email on install and dealt with the upgrade I required by the DNO.
On the day of install Matt updated us on time of arrival, he was very polite and professional and if we have any queries or questions he said we can contact him straight away.
We would recommend him if anyone was looking for a EV charge installer and other electrical works.
Cheers Matt!

Easy to deal with, great communcation and quality workmanship

A quick and efficient installation, and good communication with Matt before to arrange. Highly recommend. Was also the cheapest quote from Hypervolt.
