I immediately called to cancel and also opened a PayPal case. To their credit, support replied quickly and removed/refunded the $550 fee the same day, and my final total was about $450 after the coupon. So yes, the discount pricing can be real, but you need to watch the checkout like a hawk.

Do not proceed if freight appears at the last step. Ask them to issue a corrected invoice showing $0 shipping first.

Pay with PayPal or a credit card so you can dispute surprise charges.

If they say it’s a “system glitch,” they should fix it, not make you chase refunds.

I’m leaving a mixed rating because the initial experience looked deceptive, but support did respond fast and resolved it. Bottom line: prices can be attractive, just verify the final invoice or be ready to cancel.
