SGR have very helpful with helping me with the issues on my car. I could t of sorted it without them.

Before work they said they have cleared blocked dpf worst than my car. After work they said soot is 1g now and differential pressure is 50mbar so my dpf is still blocked and maybe melted. They said they will still charge me £275 becaue they tried and they took money from me. Very bad experience. I will never use them and I don't recommend them to any one.

Took two weeks to arrive. Sent a replacement as thought was lost. Charged extra for replacement. Both arrived on same day. Called SGR who said we could keep replacement for extra £20 which we paid. Advised if we returned the original one and old one from car would they would return our initial £40 deposit. They are now refusing to do this. We've paid extra and returned old one for refurbishment and get nothing in return. They are on a win win. Totally untrustworthy. AVOID

Hi I called SGR Automotive for my VW Caddy DPF problem which was showing on the dashboard and they recommended that it needs cleaning for which I asked them to clean it for me and they did came around to my place to do it. Mechanic who spent 45 minutes on the van and said jobs done and removed engine light of the dashboard but dpf light still showing due to a sensor which he recommended to replace. Which I did next day. Van driven fine for one day and second day it was faulty again. I took van down to there place where one of their mechanic checked it again and said dpf is still a problem and recommend it replace it which I wasn’t happy about because they meant to clean it and they said it’s still blocked. So I lost £250 without any proper dpf cleaning and back to square one
I won’t recommend SGR for at least DPF cleaning

Found SGR on google, phoned and spoke to Josh who asked me to send a couple of photos of the lights he replied promptly with a quote and said they would get them like new and like new they were, very friendly service who didn’t mind me messaging asking questions I’d forgotten to ask while he was onsite, all in a great experience from start to finish definitely recommend.

Really sound guys went above and beyond to sort my van out , wasn't an easy task but they did it , Charlie and sam thanks so much

Just had these guys come out n cure my adblue issues Great service tech was friendly n talked me through everything. They do dpf cleaning and remaps 2. I recommend these guys

Brilliant service, excellent price

I logged my engine management fault report online this morning before 08.00am within the hour I received a text regarding my problem I filled out a online register foam I received a text 5 mins later stating a engineer will be calling around 12.00 ish today the gentleman did a adblue delete on my vehicle he said I shouldn't have anymore problems with it now if I do have any issues with the dpf in the future then it will need to go to the garage to have that sorted ive not drove the vehicle as of yet but will be soon for work as I work nights many thanks to all the staff for helping out at very short notice 🙂

To celebrate getting my PPL i had my BMW M3 tuned.
The difference in performance is night and day. Much more aggressive and they mapped in crackles on the over run. Thank you for your work Sam.

Remapped my BMW 120D the other day. Really great job. It took an hour of my time, the job was completed on my driveway. Difference in power is night and day. Thanks so much!

Great customer service

Highly recommend the Team at SGR. I had my Seat Ibiza remapped by these guys. Really happy with the service. It only took 1 hours start to finish and they worked from my car park at work.

I recently had SGR Automotive visit me at work for a DPF Clean on my VW Golf GTD.

The lad worked on my car in the car park. Within the hour i got my keys back and my car is out of limp mode and back on the road.

I highly recommend these guys and i’ll be using them again.

Recently had a DPF clean on my Citroen Berlingo. Dash light came on as i pulled into a job. Rang these guys and they arrived within 3 hours, worked on the car for an hour and the light had gone. Out of limp mode and back on the road. Really happy with the service.

My friend had recently remapped his BMW 140i with SGR Automotive. The increase in performance was night and day so I booked in for my BMW 240i last week. Sam from SGR came out to me within a week of booking, on time and finished the job within 2 hours. Really happy with the result. If you are looking for a trustworthy company to do a professional job then I can’t recommend Sam and his team enough.
