Great service - really pleased with new window and the customer service is excellent.

Their service was great, the work was carried out to an exceptional standard, fitters arrived at the time stated and carried out their work quickly and with very little mess, disruption was kept to a minimum and everything tidied up before they left.
Would definately use them again and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Marius was great n the phone arranging times and dates for work to be done .
Luke a very competent fitter came out to do the job very well , even stayed out in the lashing rain to finish job even though we offered for him to come in and shelter until shower had passed .
Job was to fix some bad workmanship from previous fitters which company no longer exists .
Very happy with work and would highly recommend .

Slightly dubious initially regarding choosing a company to replace 9 new windows and a new front door for our sea front home but Smart Glass Solutions Ltd have been superb and I can't praise them enough. Marius visited the house and talked me through the process and everything which would be involved and showed me a huge selection of windows and doors. The fitting from his two colleagues was efficient and extremely effective. They were punctual, polite and chatty and ensured everything was left clean and tidy. Cost was competitive and the finished work is superb. Absolutely nothing to fault as the finished result has exceeded our expectations. Delighted and relieved that we went with our instinct and can't recommend them highly enough.

A first class service well worth getting 3 different quotes for to find. They were also the most competitive. The quality of the products matched my expectations and already I am feeling the benefit of how much warmer my 1920s terrace house has become. Thanks too for the smooth running of the installation and professional finish.

We have had a large conservatory glass roof replaced by them, like for like, and they have done a great job!

The surveyor was extremely thorough and we felt confident in going ahead.
The fitters were great, worked really hard, did an excellent job without causing any disruption and they didn’t even want cups of tea!
We particularly wanted to keep the same style trim as we had on our 20 year old roof and Marius went out of his way to track down an exact match.
We are so pleased that they happily installed another glass roof as so many companies seem to just promote replacing with a solid roof these days.
Our conservatory now looks brand new and we love it!

First class service from start to finish. Communications were very good from the first meeting to completion of work and any minor changes were dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Luke the fitter is also very professional and tidy and answered all questions we put to him.

We had 11 windows and 1 door fitted. I chose SGS
because Marius came across as being very knowledgeable, From receiving the quote time scales of completion dates he kept us in loop. The fitters Luke & Reg were fantastic it took two and half days to complete the fix, every day the rubbish was removed no mess left anywhere and the windows look fantastic . The price was also highly competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Fantastic service and installation.
I had 4 upstairs windows replaced and couldn’t be happier. Marius is genuine and knowledgable and the fitters did a brilliant job. Will definitely be using this company again and recommending to all who mention needing new windows and doors. It is such a relief to find these guys after past bad experiences. I wish I’d found them sooner.

I was very impressed by Smart Glass Solutions. Unlike some window companies they did not come-in with a ridiculous price and then drop it down to try and make-out you were getting a bargain! Marius was straight an professional from the start. My windows were not easy to replace, most were the old sash type which caused a lot of mess to remove and one was a very odd shape that had to be specially made! The fitters were amazing and the service was great, I can't fault any of them.

I have had 12 windows replaced in my house. From Marius who gave the time and information for me to make my decision, to Luke who went over and above his job role in installing my windows and Reggie who cleared everything brilliantly, the customer service has been excellent. A professional and efficient company with a very fair price.

I chose this supplier because Marius showed some experience: he advised me that the windows I was replacing were too large to be tilt-and-turns and recommended split windows with simpler hinges to take the weight off the frames. The fitters came early and left early and were very efficient. Overall - I recommend SGS.

Marius is very good to deal with from the quote at the start, to booking in installation date and after sales care.
The prices were the best on r e market and the windows are stunning (we went for grey inside and outside for the front of the house).
