Arrived on time product good

Second order for Oatmeal Blocks, good price, arrived on time well packaged. My grandson calls them 'End of the World' biscuits for some strange reason and took 5 with him on a school trip to Barcelona this week.

Items arrived on time, sheath not brilliant as molly stitching not good quality but can be repaired. Overall a minor glitch, I'll make a leather sheath with wet stone pocket, ferro rod, compass and parachord.

The example of the MOD knife I purchased had a defect, however this was no fault of Sgt.Prepper. The defect could of happened during transit and was definitely repairable.
I did not expect the outcome that Sgt.Prepper gave me. They refunded my money and let me keep the knife, I am an extremely happy customer as the service provided was the type of service you don't often receive in today's age. This is a company I would highly recommend, I will be purchasing some more products off of them in the near future. Thank you Sgt.Prepper you truly are experts outfitters for the great outdoors.

Ordered a folding knife and they explained the law and that I.D, proof of age, would be required at the point of delivery, not a problem with my advanced age, the order was posted the same day, it arrived promptly and delivered with no problems, great service, great communication and a quick and prompt service, thanks. 5* plus

Thanks, as I have gotten older I think tap water isn’t as clean as I thought it might be and has been disagreeing with my body so these tablets have helped a treat.

A couple of purchases now and some great advice put my mind at rest. Images used on catalog made me assume I was buying more than I ended up getting, so somewhat disappointing. If you read the mid section of the product carefully then it is clear.
