My wife and I were using Shady Grove to start fertility screening. My wife has a latex allergy that she had documented on forms filled out at their office. When she showed up for a screening, the doctor (Nicole Doyle) had an instrument with a latex cover. Despite the doctor not confirming allergies with my wife, she knew to ask if it's latex. However, the harm was already done and my wife had a serious reaction to the latex exposure.

Since then, Shady Grove has denied any wrongdoing, and has gone so far as to gaslight us, saying that the latex exposure never actually happened. What they did acknowledge was that the allergy was written in a progress note, not in the allergy indicator.

To make things worse, Shady Grove has the nerve to still bill us for the service that bordered on malpractice. Stay far away from this company. There are plenty of other, more caring and thoughtful fertility centers.

I have 6 embryos being frozen and I have called the 7038760734 because I was last dealing with that clinic. I continue to ask for the legal department phone number and the nurses and receptionist have all refused to give me the number just that they can relay the messages. I feel like my embryos are being held hostage because for 3 years now shady grove have been wasting my time and getting in the way of me having more children. I simply want to remove my embryos and I'm basically being told no and not being given information I ask for. I pay $70 a month for them to keep my embryos frozen. I am disgusted and done and want nothing else to do with these people. Give me my embryos so I can go somewhere else. This location itself is trash, the nurse assigned to me and receptionist are garbage.

This happend on or around the time listed but they can look me up and see the same way that rude receptionist just did 5 minutes ago when I called.ive also called plenty of times and started recording my calls and emails etc, I'm tired and my next step is a lawsuit.
