Did NOT get what I ordered; they will not make it right
Ongoing problem since 2023 - Ordered (with photos and measurements) a custom wig for $6600. Did not get what I ordered (11" wig vs. 14" wig, wrong cap, wrong color). Many phone calls, emails, videos sent, and even a visit to NYC shop - they refused to provide me with what I ordered and paid for... kept trying to "make it right." But it never was right, it was always them talking over me, even telling me "there's nothing we can do about the length." ???
FYI: they have scrubbed their entire presence of all reviews online (Google, etc.) You can find some on TikTok.
NOW: If your purchase is less than 2 years old, you can take action with your credit card company under the Fair Credit Billing Act.
