I love the original Shapechic bras. I ordered the gel Shapechic & only removing it from the shipping bag it was not for me. I have request return process. I was told to provide pictures of the original shipping bag, which I did. I told Shapechic, I only removed one bra. Didn’t even try it on. It has been several days. I have sent many emails with no response.
I let them know that Shapechic should not only sell products but provide customer service.
I am extremely disappointed in the company itself.
My advice…unless you are very small breasted do not order jelly bras. It is like gel padding. My opinion of course.

This small extreme chemicals, the second you unzip the bag. The cups look awfully small even for their larger sizes. Ask for a return, and they've been screwing me around for almost two weeks. And not sending me the address to return them.I also heard that it's very expensive to return them back to China.

Ladies, do not be tempted to buy this product.
The quality is dreadful, extremely cheap fabric. The sizing is very small and they have absolutely no support for a fuller bust.
I've had similar items off Temu at a fraction of the cost, that have been better quality.
Please do not waste your money like I did.

Very poor quality product and confusing billing method. Sent the order back around 6 weeks ago ($20 in postage) and still waiting on my refund. I initially thought it wasn't going to be a problem (despite having to follow it up). Very quick response from the company requesting order and postage details. This info was provided to them almost a week ago. Have sent 3 follow up emails, no response. Will be putting in a claim through PayPal and hopefully have better response from them

I made an order early February this year, AND to date have NOT received it. Excuses after excuses. Now that I have demanded a refund, I get notification that my order has been delivered. Ah NO it has not. Will I actually GET a refund? I have no faith at all.

These bras are not worth the price, even when receiving three for the price of one. The material is of poor quality and looks like it’s just been cut from template. No finishing to the edge and at a glance this bra will not give the support which it claims. I found the size accurate, however I did measure myself before ordering and used the size guide. Having worn the bras now for a couple of days I found them to be light weight, providing lift but no support. One shoulder strap kept slipping down which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. The label on the bra states handwash only, albeit the advertising states gentle machine wash. Looking at the product I’m anticipating this item not to be long lasting. Definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend buying. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before my purchase. It appears from other reviews not worth the cost of return to China. Lesson learnt for me !

I did not receive a confirmation email and cannot get any result as comes back with no order associated with email address.

I ordered several bras on 10/21/25. They were nothing close to what the advertisement showed. I asked for a refund and had several emails back and forth with Emma from Shapechic. On 12/02/25 I received the following message:
Thank you for sending us the return tracking receipt , we appreciate it. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be completed after the return has been received and inspected. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out.
Yesterday 05/29/26, the package came back. Bras inside, no refund.

Zero stars. Ordered 3 weeks ago and never received. And “coincidentally” my credit card was hacked right after making the purchase. Wish I’d checked the trustpilot reviews first.

0 stars! Stay away. This company is taking your money and sending you garbage. I ordered according to their size chart and they sent the wrong size. There is no support and the material is almost as thin as nylon. They want you to pay to ship the bras back when they made the mistake. Beware of this scamming company. They are fraudulent. Quality sucks, refunds cost as much as your order to ship back. Garbage!

The quality of material is very poor, flimsy and not durable, from the first time taking out if the package. Also, they were all the wrong size, too small. Not at all according to the sizing charge. Lastly, no visible contact number for concerns or returns. I had to search kn the internet. I see many with the same issues. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Now to send it back to China! Scammed! So disappointed!

If I could give zero stars then I would. Wish I did research before purchasing from this company…. Bras purchased are completely the wrong sizing, I mean they are way out, small is an understatement…. Arranging a return only to find out shipping cost just as much as the bra’s. Absolutely ridiculous 😣😔 please avoid at all costs & do your research peoples…note to self 🙄

Return process is not easy asking for videos and they will decide if you are eligible for a return.
Returning as bras didn't fit, not an easy process took ages to find information.

terrible quality, nothing like they promised. No return address or customer support contact details. DO NOT BUY. If they would like to let me know how to get a refund I will alter this post.

I have just contacted my credit card provider to mark this purchase as a fraudulent transaction.

The Trash this company sells has to be returned to China for a refund - which costs a fortune.

When I contacted the company they offered to give me 50% of my purchase back and keep the rubbish which isn't even worth the price of a cup of coffee!!

DON'T ACCEPT THIS IF THEY OFFER THIS TO YOU!!!

We cannot allow these scam companies to get away with conning us.... report them to your credit card company - they appreciate you alerting them to this type of rogue trading, and even though my card has to be replaced, it is worth this small inconvenience to ensure these unprincipled people pay for their despicable treatment of innocent hard-working customers who cannot afford to waste their money on trash merchandise - the very worst of what China can produce.

I genuinely hope others will read this review and it will be helpful to them.

This is a scamming company. Sent me flimsy, cheap fabric bras. They felt and looked completely different to what was advertised. They refused to send a free return label, asked me to return to an international address which would have cost me more than the order itself. They refused to refund without bras being sent back. I then claimed my funds back through my bank. Awful scamming company, dont fall for it.

I’ve recently bought these bra’s. There so lightweight and comfy. The lace is lovely and soft. I’m quite big busted and they hold me in shape. No more uncomfort from bras that dig in. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more. I’ve read all the negative reviews and totally disagree with them. They have obviously ordered the wrong size

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered the items. The quality is very poor and the sizing is wrong. I ordered the 3 bras offer and they sent me the wrong size. The cost to return was only £3 less than the items. I sent several e mails saying I wasn't prepared to pay this amount for returns of the wrong size sent. They sent excuses of the size on the item is international so would be different. They've offered me in the end 30% refund and to keep the bra's which are obviously no good to me. Be aware of this company as returns have to be paid for by yourself.
