Evil company, sells data and preys on minors

Not only does this site spam and use malicious tactics to get user engagement, it also pretends to be different people on social media sites such as discord and tumblr.com. It seems to have an obsession with posting screenshots of minor's conversations for its advertisement purposes, which is a genuine safety concern. I'm extremely surprised nothing has been done in terms of legal action, as the spamming and creation of separate accounts so as to steal the work of artists and their information WITHIN their very own advertisements/the site's outright fraudulent claims about their business practices are ridiculously shady.

Never do business with these people!

They collect, store, and leak personal data.

Much of this data was obtained illegally, after which they were banned from Discord. By now, more and more people are receiving unwanted emails (spam) that they cannot unsubscribe from.

Be wise and stay far away from this website and this company!

They leaked my email address in a mass promotion email by making their CC visible to everyone. I never signed up to their site to begin with. I used one of their discord bots long time ago on my older deleted discord account and that's how they got hold of my email. This is against discord TOS as well as a major breach of privacy laws in various nations

The customer service is not clear about how to cancel personal trainer and they con you to getting one. I never had a bad experience with any other gym. Shapes charges too much for the same or even less than other gyms. Bad service.

Shapes Inc refused refunds breaking the European Law, they had previously acted in spite of the GDPR by adding "GDPR" as a banned word in their Discord server, and had refused refunds despite not being able to use their service, their decisions are done impulsively with very little to no notice of things such as price changes, monetization changes, and they openly lie about how they collect your data and use it to train AI models illegaly (which is why they were banned off Discord).

Don't trust this Company. They are lying and broke Discord's TOS and likely used your Data to train their stupid AI.

These guys are scammers - they sell you an Unlimited subscription for LLM and Imaging services in Feb 2025 and by March they have reduced the service massively, turned your subs into credits and removed all the unlimited access - but refuse to refund unhappy customers
