Once again a lovely experience ordering with Shared Earth! This time I bought some more gorgeous Batik hand fans and a beautifully carved leopard cat for my grandson in Australia who is mad about snow leopards. He will love this! I ordered online as I discovered the store on a trip to York the other year & have fallen in love with their soy candles. I now order online now and then to add ambience to my home.
I collect the crystals that come with the candles, & I wash & reuse the glass jars the candles come in.
Postage is always speedy & packaged with enviromentaly friendly materials.

The whole process of purchasing and receiving the Penguin Bookends was seamless. There was a minor imperfection that was due to it being a natural product and Kai was terrific about it by checking stock. I could then place an order for these and a refund would be issued when the originals were returned. My partner decided he wanted to keep all 4!

THE best Incense! I always used to buy my Incense and other things from Shared Earth in York which was always a lovely, friendly shop. Since moving to Cornwall 7 years ago I've continued to buy my Incense through the Shared Earth website. There is a lovely selection at reasonable prices. Everything is always well packaged which is great, especially as I buy in bulk now. The staff are great and communication is good. Thank you

Claim to want to save the planet and be ethical. Sell items made of leather. Killing animals to turn into purses etc is not ethical. If the animals were bred for the meat or dairy industry and leather is the by product how is that ethical either? The meat and dairy industry is well known as being a cause of huge damage to the planet and also feeds far less people per acre of land than growing grains etc. Their so called ethics are an unfunny joke.
In response to your reply below. Climate change is making things more difficult for lots of people on the planet. You are no doubt aware the west make third world countries grow food that is then used to feed animals bred for slaughter for the meat and dairy industries of the west. When land suitable for growing food for themselves is instead used as a means of paying off their national debt to the west by growing food for cattle etc that is then exported and the consequences of the meat and dairy industries on the planet are well known. It brings me back to the original point I was making. By your reckoning it's ok to hack down rain forests too then for logging. Are your "ethical" wood products really ethical? Where do you get them from? the Amazon? I wont be buying from you again.

Recently brought an aura spray from Shared Earth. It was a very reasonable cost and the delivery cost, again, reasonable. It was delivered by a very nice and friendly courier. I was impressed by the speed by which I recieved my order. Very pleased with purchase, cost and delivery.
