So I’m a chef . this is the first time I used this company. Now when I sign in I got everything very quick, now here where it gets interesting, I never got any emails it took way too long I did reach out to them, they said they made a mistake and said it should be there soon, so with that said they did apologize and they gave me a full refund +20% off our next-door. I do have to commend them for backing up their company and taking care of me. I was not going to use them again because of the miscommunication but now I am thinking about it again one more time I still have not received the knives. I haven’t seen the work they have done but as a company they do stand behind their award and I do appreciate that sincerely chef Jack
