Sharphyy in a severe financial crisis; Beware of this company;
On April 9, 2026, I ordered men's shoes in size 10 (so designated on the website) and received a pair of size 41 in a bag labeled size 43, which is presumably size 10 on April 19. So, of course they didn't fit. I told them I wanted to return them and since it was their error, I wanted a complete refund. They have told me not to return the shoes. There is an email from them every day with no resolution of a refund. They have offered, first, to refund 20% of what I paid, then 30% of what I paid. They claimed "Currently, our company is facing a severe financial crisis and is operating at a loss. We ask for your understanding." And they want me to pay for their mistake? This is outrageous. This issue is still ongoing as of April 26 so I am reporting them as completely unresponsive. Their website states "30 day refund guarantee." They also state "Returns (if applicable) We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product. I DID THIS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. I DID THIS
I will be happy to update when their customer service responds as they have advertised. This is not timely and I am tired of the arguing back and forth.
