I engaged Sharpify Services SIA under a…

I engaged Sharpify Services SIA under a signed agreement for €1,000. The contract explicitly listed “Zapier automation set up” as part of the work structure.
The reason I hired an agency was because Meta Ads, backend automation and funnel tracking are technical. I expected a structured, professionally built funnel with proper automation, optimisation and clear reporting, not simply ad placement.

Despite the contractual wording, Zapier automation was never implemented.

During the campaign, I checked multiple times that backend integrations were being handled and was reassured they were “happening in the back end.” It later became clear that Zapier had not been set up.

Instead, a native Meta Pixel integration was used, without clear communication that the contractual deliverable would not be completed as written.

In total, this campaign cost:
• €1,000 agency fee
• £260 in ad spend
The result was one sign-up at £36.

That equates to a cost per acquisition far exceeding the revenue generated.

More importantly, I never received the structured drop-off data or funnel breakdown I needed.

I was not provided with clear reporting on:
• Where users dropped off
• Conversion stage analysis
• Funnel performance mapping
• Abandonment tracking insights

This was the core reason for hiring a specialist, to understand what was working, what was not, and where users were falling out of the process.

Instead, the experience felt closer to creative production and ad setup than a strategically built and optimised funnel system.

Where things went wrong, in my view:
A contractual automation deliverable was not implemented as written.

A change in technical approach was made without clear client approval.

There was insufficient transparency around backend setup.

Campaign optimisation and funnel analysis were not prioritised.

The service required significant client input to function effectively.

If you are new to business or new to paid ads, you would likely require much more structured guidance and transparency than was provided in my experience.

How this company could improve:
• Deliver contractual automation elements exactly as written, or formally agree substitutions in writing.
• Provide clear, stage-by-stage funnel reporting.
• Prioritise optimisation and data analysis before scaling creative production.
• Offer clearer guidance for clients who are not highly experienced in ad strategy.
• Communicate technical decisions openly rather than retrospectively.
For a service positioned as a done-for-you funnel and automation solution, the execution and reporting did not align with that positioning.

Another point that felt misaligned with the sales process was communication and leadership. During the sales call, Niks positioned himself as being closely involved in the journey and campaign oversight. That level of involvement was a significant factor in my decision to proceed.

However, throughout the campaign I attempted to call and message him multiple times and received only one response at the very beginning, acknowledging early service concerns. After that, there was no continued direct involvement or follow-up from him.

I felt dismissed and unsupported, particularly when clarity and leadership were most needed
This was my experience.

After reviewing the case internally, we confirm the services were delivered in scope and substance.

We want to clarify one key point upfront: your position reflects an individual interpretation rather than an objective assessment of the work delivered - and that’s exactly why you hired us: to make technical decisions that produce the best outcome, not to rigidly follow a specific tool when a better-performing native solution exists.

Regarding the “Zapier automation” point: after technical evaluation, we implemented Skool’s native Meta Pixel integration because it is the more stable and reliable solution for this setup. It reduces failure points, improves data consistency, and is the most robust option for achieving the intended tracking. The intended outcome - purchase tracking and optimization capability - was successfully implemented, and Meta confirms events are being received.

Adjustments to implementation are normal when they improve performance and results. This was done in good faith and in line with delivering the best technical outcome.

Throughout the collaboration, there were frequent change requests, and we consistently accommodated them. We produced 100+ visual assets, multiple ad variations, scripts, funnel improvements, and completed the full technical setup - in many areas overdelivering and proactively moving the project forward.

We stand by the work completed and remain open to continuing cooperation if desired.

Awesome CRM

Awesome CRM. Suits all my needs to manage small sales team of 5 people. Best thing is i don't need to change any plans and jump trough subscriptions if size of my team changes. Doesn't have 1000 of unused features, easy to learn and onboard new team members. Comes with video tutorials. I have definitely found the best solution for me and if you are looking for easy to use CRM and don't have team of 100s of sales people it could be best solution for you as well.

Broken promises

Broken promises, unresponsive staff, 8 months for one campaign, no ROI even though promised.
"Best" part about them is their sales call team. these guys know how to look you in...

I signed up with Sharpify in February 2025 after their sales call promised I'd make back double my investment (€10k) within 2 months.

What actually happened:

My first manager, Liene, quit/was fired shortly after we started. Before leaving, she became completely unresponsive - taking up to 2 weeks to reply to basic questions. During this time, they still tried to get me to pay invoices despite doing no work. I'm an intimacy coach, in one call Liene suggested I could offer services as a dominatrix... Make sure you pick an agency that understands your niche. I created the ads they gave me a script for, no landing page, just a sign up page, got 20 leads from meta that I was supposed to directly call under 5min of them signing up. (would have never joined them if that was clear in the sales call) picture this: me calling strangers with no teeth in their mouth, wall paper falling off behind them and other curiosities to "qualify them". Can't believe I actually followed this insane strategy for a few weeks.

I was then assigned a new manager in June - a 21-year-old who was clearly overworked. Despite her best efforts, it took from June to October (4 months) just to launch ONE campaign. The campaign was rushed out before it was ready. e.g it got launched on meta with no system to contact leads. I had my VA do that. Sharpify said they were doing me a favor because they worked in my personal GHL crm (I was supposed to work with theirs) while ignoring that their own employee Liene told me to get GHL.
The result of the campaign was 4 discovery call type of session which came through an ad creative that I did myself (none of their AD creatives converted in comparison to what I created without them)

No person apart from my 21 year old manager was willing to speak to me to restore any type of customer relation & trust so I refused to pay them the last 1K of €5,000 because they delivered NO ROI

When I raised concerns about the final payment, they tried to blame ME - claiming I hadn't completed enough of their training portal. Meanwhile, I responded to every task within 24 hours and even paid my own VA to fix mistakes in their funnel in my crm.

THE RESULT
8+ months, €4,000+1000 ad spend, €200 ROI, broken timeline promises, blame on me not watching their videos rather than on their low converting ads. then they tried to hide behind contract small print when challenged. Avoid.

Happy with our process

Happy with our process!
Sharpify has been a big support for my new project - starting my own online business in the preventive health sector. Got over 100 leads in the first 4 days. Now it’s my job to gwt them on my team and with the help of Sharpify, I’m sure I will.
I also love their crm. It makes leads processing super easy!
And working with my manager has been really nice - fast and great communication, solves problems without hesitation and gives me clear steps.
