I made an order on the 1st and it was delivered on the 3rd. The quality was great and I am delighted with the service

Repalcement heads looked indentical to the old ones. In use they started to pull the whiskers - fairly painful Tried a few times and no improvement. Complained and told they take a while to "bed in" - I've never had this problem before. Then told cannot replace them as they are a health and safery issue. Absolute rubbish so if I bought a £300 razor and it was faulty cannot be refunded!!!! Offered me a partial refund and said I could keep the razor head!! What for it is faulty!!! Said I wanted a full refund or I would start a Moneyclaim issue!! No response!!

Ordered a USB shaver socket. I deliberately searched the web to find one that was a more well-built expensive upmarket product.
However the one sent was a cheaper version and not as displayed on the Electrospares website.
I will not use them again as you cannot rely upon them sending you what you have paid for.

Ordered a shaver part, came within a couple of days. Had a query with the part, spoke to Andrew who was really helpful.

Brilliant service. Ordered spare shaver head for my old Braun series 3 on Xmas day! Received same day acknowledgement and despatch confirmation and it arrived in the post on the 29th

I found their site shaver-spares was really useful, it listed the shaver model numbers clearly, I have an old Braun model 3 and wasn't 100% certain of the part needed but my shaver model number was clearly referenced.

Additionally they were slightly cheaper than other sites for the part and it arrived promptly and works perfectly.

I ordered a replacement head for a Braun electric shaver from this company.
The item was delivered really quickly and the communication from them was great.
I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Sent off an enquiry, first reply sent me on my way,
Asked about fixing the part, courteous reply, then placed order, and upon mail confirmation, told them my shaver model number and could they double check I had ordered the right part (have been known to get it wrong) with an immediate confirmation that it was indeed correct.
Recommended.
