Horrible experience – do NOT buy from Shaylira.com!
I bought a jacket from Shaylira.com on November 29th. The website promised delivery by December 10th, but it didn’t arrive until December 31st – 21 days late! Completely unacceptable.
When the package finally arrived, both the jacket and the fur were included. But the fur is not attached at all – you have to fix it yourself using elastic straps. This was never mentioned anywhere. It looks cheap and unfinished.
On top of that, the jacket was way too small, even though I ordered my usual size L. I was extremely disappointed – the product did not match the description or my expectations.
I immediately tried to return it. Their website says returns must be submitted within 14 days with a reason and a choice of refund or exchange. I did exactly that, but received no response whatsoever.
I then tried the “Shop” app, where you can see your order and tracking. They told me Shop cannot help, and that I must contact the seller – which I had already done multiple times with no reply. Absolutely useless.
Now, I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank, including all emails and receipts, just to try to get my money back. This should never happen with an online store.
Bottom line: Shaylira.com has terrible service, misleading product descriptions, and extremely slow delivery. I would never buy from them again and strongly warn others to stay away.
