I put in the wrong address and I realised the day before so emailed them. The lovely Wendy answered me within the hour and got this problem resolved by the end of the day. The parcel is now on its way with the correct address. Brilliant customer service
** No shed and no refund **
** Beware this company (sheds.co.uk / sixty stores) is in financial difficulty. We were only sent half a shed and are still awaiting a refund after multiple weeks of chasing the customer care team and management**
Buckling Boards
After having erected the shed around 3 weeks ago I noticed several of the boards were starting to buckle in one area.
I contacted Sheds.co.uk about this issue and received a reply, within 24 hours, from Wendy Shepherd
Head of Operations.
The email asked a few questions regarding ventilation, coatings used etc.
These answered, I received a further email, from Wendy, stating I that several replacement boards would be sent out.
So, all in all, apart from the initial problems, everything has turned out ok.

Instructions were spot on and easy to adjust the door layout. The delivery company let the shed company down and my correspondence was dealt with quickly by Wendy, all round great service.

Bitterly disappointed with the product…
Bitterly disappointed with the product and the customer service. Despite sending several pictures of all the cracks items, ripped felt for the roof, broken wooden slats, instead of being offered any refund or form of compensation I was asked to itemise ever part that broken once the shed was already built. There were big gaps in the roof and the quality of the wood and felt was terrible. I had to go and buy more felt at a cost of £70 and and I wasn’t even refunded for this. Overall a really poor experience.
Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience - customer service person Wendy - not sure that’s her real name as it’s probably a poor attempt at a joke - Wendy House given they sell sheds.
Shed installed and gosh I could have fitted it better with one arm and my eyes closed.
What kind of idiot screws the doors shut by putting the lock on back to front, so then moves it and leaves holes in the doors now without as much as an apology.
The felt is poorly fitted and has an overlap that’s just tacked down so will split and lift with the wind under it.
Weather boards which Wendy House, said were decorative only, and aren’t flush so the rain will run under them and down the back of the shed, and through the wood knots that have already started to fall out after 24 hours.
The same weather boards aren’t mitred and are all roughly cut and over hanging at different lengths.
The tongue and groove sides are all of varying lengths and none butt into the corner posts leaving this exposed.
Wendy House said refer to the care leaflet, but how’s that going to help unless it tells me how to take it apart and rebuild it properly or perhaps it explains how to use it for a bonfire.
This is probably one of the worst examples of poor quality, workmanship, and customer service I have seen - next stop trading standards as they certainly haven’t met the threshold of the consumer rights act that it should be ‘fit for purpose’ and then next I will pursue them through the small claims system as no customer service isn’t a way to avoid putting this right.
Don’t be fooled by the website offering high quality sheds - do yourself a favour and go to B&Q or somewhere similar.

Aftersales Service non existent, poor quality of shed, non of the pre assembled door locks lined up so the doors didn't lock, there was broken glass in the glass pane, and the finishing trims were missing from the delivery. Trying to get through to this company by Telephone is impossible, replies to emails do not cover off the questions that you ask, the Customer Service Executive really needs to review his job title as the customer service is non existent, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Super fast response to a general enquiry
A general enquiry was answered in less than 18 hours by Wendy who gave me all the data I needed.
Combined with the online order process which was great, up to now I cannot fault the service received.
My shed is due to be delivered tomorrow. I hope the delivery and quality of the product matches the level of service received up to now. Thank you Wendy.
Great price, great customer service
Looking for a new shed i found one at Sixty.co.uk It was at a great price but got another 5% off by using a discount code i found on the sight. I ordered it on Monday 23rd March and it was delivered the following Monday by pallet delivery and the driver placed it at the top of my drive. However on removing the cling film i found that one on the screws in the battens used to hold the shed in place on the pallet had gone through the roll of roofing felt. I contacted customer support and was answered the same day by there head of operation Wendy Sheperd who apologised and advised my to purchase anew roll of felt and upload them the invoice and i would be refunded the cost as this would be the quickest way due to the Easter holiday, i purchased a roll online from B&Q and sent them the invoice the refund was in my Bank yesterday the 10th. I would recommend this company and was very impressed with there customer service.

Poor quality will not last …
Ordered a shed from sheds co uk 8'x5 holts 8'x5 shiplap. Shed came 2 weeks later and 2 men put it together looked okay till you get up close. It's not shiplap what was on website. Back panels assembled okay sides and front panels good side inside shed. Looks like blind people have put it together. I've had to put mastic into holes where knots have fallen out nails coming through roof where they have missed

Found shed left on driveway, whilst I was in the house waiting for delivery
Had a shed delivered this morning...booked my little one into nursery early so that I wouldn't miss the delivery. Realised the truck was outside so went down to greet them. Found the shed on the driveway blocking the garage door where I intended to ask them to unload, and the driver driving off. No attempt to knock on the door and the shed could easily have been stolen. Contacted customer service and the response is "The driver has delivered the item to a safe place for you. I'm sorry that you need to move the item to access the garage." Absolutely gobsmacked. Currently nervous in case the shed quality matches the customer service.
