I went through a few companies to get a quote for my summer house. Didn't get what I wanted. Because I have an odd shaped base. No one can accommodate my request until I speak to Kevin sheds direct. He is very helpful and patient. He even dealt with my request during his holiday. Really appreciate. Donna, the sales manager, is very helpful as well. Kept me updated on progress. The installers are very efficient. They installed my summer house within 3 hours. Very tiddy as well. The summer house looks very nice. Happy experience.

The build quality is awesome; such a solid structure and its character in the garden is beautiful. So impressed with the workmanship and what the structure brings to my environment — I recommend these buildings to everyone.

We were looking to replace a bespoke shaped bike shed for the side of our house in SW London. From internet searches and exploration, both London based companies and the Brighton Bike Company seemed exorbitantly expensive. We provided our specific measurements to Sheds Direct and they provided a very competitive quote. The shed was manufactured, delivered and installed from the Leeds/York area 4.5 hrs/>200 miles away. Donna in the office was a joy to deal with as were the two installers Ross and Shaun (despite getting up at 3 in the morning and having 2 other deliveries in SE England). We were due to have delivery and installation on a date within their delivery guidelines of approx 3 weeks but unfortunately they had a “blow out” on their van the day before. As a gesture of goodwill, they even upgraded the roof covering for me. There really can be no way they could better their service and the shed itself is far superior to the one we had to replace

Kevin answered all my queries thoroughly and promptly. Donna quickly got an installation slot booked once I had made my mind up on everything and was very efficient. Lee suggested some helpful improvements to my design. Tyler and Sean worked carefully on the build without rushing and so the end result was excellent. And everyone could write proper emails without typos which may not be important to everyone but it gives me confidence that I'm dealing with professionals.

Company did exactly what I asked them to do, Communication and clarity were of the highest order. Even few late tweaks were taken care off. Time lines were as agreed and the final product was what I had asked for. Instalation was done in a day, my shed was 18ft x 12ft. The guys on the installation team worked extremely hard and diligently.

I have been blown away by the exceptional service provided by this company. From the initial contact by Donna, through to the actual build on site of the summer house itself. the team of people involved keep you updated, are extremely helpful and are professional at their job. The summerhouse was very important to me and I have not been disappointed in the least. The build was over 2 days and every attention was given to the detail of the build. It has been painted in the colour I wanted, and is perfect in every way. I would highly recommend Sheds Direct.
