Just don't

I am really sorry to have to give such a low score but I am so frustrated with my experience with this company. It's with regret that I do not recommend purchasing from this business.
This company had so much going for it - woman owned, sustainably using sheepskins leftover from the meat industry, keeping a traditional craft alive 👌 needless to say I was super excited to support this business.
February 24th 2026, the saga begins! I placed an order for 3x slipkits, one for myself and two as gifts.
March 8th I contacted the help email address requesting an update on my order as I had had no updates since placing my order. I receive a reply apologising for the delay, explaining the delay was due to a warehouse move and that my order would arrive in time for mothers day (15th March).
14th March - I haven't heard anything so emailed to check items had been dispatched.
17th March - still heard nothing, sent another email chasing my order.
19th March - recieved a reply explaining there is an issue with the scanner preventing orders from being sent out and offering me a £10 voucher of my next shop (please note this never materialised though I never chased it having resolved not to purchase from them again)
20th March - I thank them for the update and ask if they can give me an estimate of when the orders will be sent out.
25th March - reply saying the first kit would be shipped the next day and the remaining two kits would be sent out on the Friday.
28th March - first kit arrives, missing the instruction booklet. I email requesting they send an additional instruction manual with the remaining two kits (and for an update as the Friday deadline had passed). Same day reply explaining the warehouse staff are still learning how to process the slipkits and the remaining two kits would be shipped on Monday.
29th March - thanked for the update and reminded about request for additional instruction booklet to be included.
1st April - remaining two kits arrive, both are missing the hand dyed yarn to create the starburt motif on the front of the slipper (Step 1 in the instructions). I email requesting yarns, and additional instruction booklet missing from first kit be sent out.
2nd April - some back and forth to confirm which kits were missing the yarn and assurances it will be send out.
8th April - I email asking whether the yarns and instruction booklet have been sent out yet.
10th April - yarns and instruction booklet arrive. I rejoice that the saga may finally be over! Alas, they did not send enough of the hand dyed yarn for the Fudge slippers, only enough to complete 2/3rds of the starbursts pattern on the front of each slipper. I send an email requesting enough yarn to finish the slippers.
It has been 7 weeks and 11 emails and my order is still not fulfilled. I'm just really disappointed.

One thing I will say - the materials in the kits,despite the banged up boxes (least of my worries!), feel really luxurious and good quality and despite it all I am looking forward to making my own pair and gifting these once I have all the pieces.

Amazing sheepskin jackets

Got a sheepskin jacket from them, lovely quality and great style. Super cozy soft wool keeps warm on the coldest days .
The jacket was a little too snug so I asked for an exchange for a bigger size which they accepted without any issues. Customer service was friendly and responsive
Love my jacket so warm and cozy!

Truly terrible

Truly terrible. Over priced, poorly made product. Had to hound them for a returns address and now hounding them for the refund itself. Communication is diabolical. Avoid, don’t was your time.

Like to hear about small businesses & found Sheepers. Ordered lucky dip & delighted with choice. Lovely chocolate brown with thread design slippers. Lovely and warm on the feet. Will definitely order again from this site. Delivery was fast too.

These are heaven. The best slippers ever. I havebeen buying them from Sheepers for years. Great quality and love designs and you can buy a kit to make your own too.

Sadly not anything like the online pictures

I saw these slippers online and thought they looked gorgeous- when they arrived there are holes in the sides, terrible stitching and poor quality. The size has been written in biro and they look like they have been worn before. I emailed the company to return over a week ago and have heard nothing back.
Feeling rather deflated and ripped off.

So disappointed with Sheepers have…

So disappointed with Sheepers have bought from them before with no problem. But ordered a pair of mules Early November no muled Emailed told be in on the Friday. Still no mules. Emailed vague message making no sense. Parcel arrived today and they have sent slippers not mules. What a disgrace.

I wish I had read some of the recent reviews here before purchasing as unfortunately I have had a similar experience.

I purchased some slippers online and received a confirmation shortly after to state they would arrive around a week later. After over a week and no shipping confirmation I contacted support who then told me they were out of stock and that they had emailed me to tell me this (I searched my emails thoroughly and did not receive any email) and I would need to wait until early October for them which at the time I was prepared to wait for.

The long story short is that the delay kept getting longer and longer and eventually my order arrived 8 weeks later! Customer support were responsive but vague with information. I also had to keep contacting them my side for updates rather than being updated on progress from them. The slippers themselves seem of ok quality but I can’t give a review until I have worn them for a while.

I have never before left a review online but felt compelled to do so after this experience. I would not recommend.

Ordered my product two weeks ago and haven’t received it. Have tried emailing the company several times with no response, there is no phone number. The money has been taken from my account and I have nothing to show for it! Feel like I have been scammed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

They do not care about their customers. They don’t reply to emails, they don’t correct their mistakes (even when they send the wrong order), and they simply don’t care — as long as they’ve taken your money.

It has now been 2 months with no proper correspondence, despite me emailing and even messaging them on Instagram. The only replies I’ve had were two generic emails with no resolution.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. I will also be taking this further with Trading Standards.

The best slippers!

The best slippers!! I just threw away my old pair of Sheepers that I wore everyday for 5 years. They really last! I still have another pair that I bought at the same time but only wear at my boyfriends and they are still in brilliant condition. I've just ordered a new pair to replace my old ones and I'm so excited. Couldn't recommend more.

No promised replacement

Really disappointed. I have had sheepers slippers for years as they are the only things that have kept my feet warm. Ordered my 4th pair as a Christmas present to myself in December, paying full price. The pair I received was incorrectly stitched and impossible to get on and some of the decorative stitching had come loose. As I have had 3 pairs before I know how they should be, and these were way off quality. After some back and forth with customer service, supplying pictures etc, they agreed they would arrange for them to be collected and a new pair sent out. The slippers were collected in January, but I have never received another pair, or confirmation that the slippers have been received, or a refund! Extremely disappointed as this used to be a brilliant little company. Have since found another business selling a similar style and have bought from them instead. Will not be buying from sheepers again.

Even 1 star is too much!!!

Even 1 star is too much!!!! Please never never order from them! I ordered a biker leather jacket on 03.11.2024 and I paid it online. I received an order confirmation and then nothing happened for almost 2 months - my order appeared on their site as "in a progress". Then after a lot of e-mails with customer service it was finally sent but not with EXPRESS courier as discussed but with the slowest ever post delivery. So on 14.01.2025 it is still at customs in my country and would arrive eventually tomorrow with more than 200 EUR additional taxes (because of non EU country of origin) . I told the customs that I don't want the product any more (after 3 months) and I refuse to receive it, so they will send it back. Now I hope to receive somewhen my money back, that I paid in November!

Lovely looking slippers, I bought 2 pairs. Both have fallen apart within a month of wearing. I won’t be making future purchases.

awful

Ordered, they came really quick , I opted for the mule slipper and they're extremely uncomfortable, zero padding or sheep in it, they feel like I'm walking on concrete, I genuinely feel like these slippers have been warn before as the insides look flat as if feet have been in them. extremely dissatisfied

Sheepers are my go to company for slippers!

I bought my first pair of Sheepers slippers in 2020 and loved them so much that when they fall apart I replace them with another pair. They are comfortable and last well. On first use they feel a little stiff and slightly on the small side but after a few wears they soften up and stretch so they fit perfectly. I recently ordered a new pair and this time did the lucky dip where they choose the colour for you. Pleasantly surprised when I opened them, beautiful colour. Definitely recommend. Ordered on Sunday and arrived today (Friday) not bad for a couple of weeks before Christmas!

Did not have a good experience

Did not have a good experience. Placed an order and received an order acknowledgement soon after. Received a ‘your order is on its way’ email the next day, but no other details (no tracking number). A week later there was no update, so I raised a support ticket, asking for a tracking number, to be told (24hrs later) that the “warehouse hadn’t updated my order” and that the size and style i ordered was out of stock, and did I want a different size instead??? I asked when it would be back in stock (have to raise another support ticket). No reply in 2 days. I checked the website, the size and style I ordered is showing as in stock, could add to basket and take right through to payment. Checked this with support, why is it showing in stock and added my order number (another ticket, another 24hrs)? Got a reply back saying I can’t choose a style for Lucky Dip! I didn’t order a lucky dip! Had to email them back (another 24hrs) to tell them so, linked to my order number (again). I ended up asking for a refund as it had been 2weeks + by this point and I was getting nowhere. Refund came though alright but I won’t be bothering with them again.
