Hello Sam, I'm sorry to receive a 1 star from you. We always aims for our customer to be 100% happy with the service we provide. I have investigated the issue with the office and the worktops were delivered in June. Shortly afterwards they were cut and fitted by your joiner. After fitting the worktops you stated they wasn't pre-oiled. Upon delivery if you wasn't happy with the product you received we could have exchanged them for you, with delivery the next working day. Unfortunately once the worktops are cut they are the customer's responsibility (please see our T&Cs) once again I'm sorry you feel let down by us. Thank you SKS.

TOP CLASS SERVICE
Can not fault the ladies Kirsty and Melanie in the shop, was really helpful and the goods were ordered and delivered quickly, The customer service is second to none and the fitters Simon and son was equally top quality fitters as nothing was too much trouble no mess was left very clean workers.
