The service at Sheffield Kitchen Supplies (SKS) was very good in terms of choice of product and the ordering of that. The problems that arose through the delivery process were the fault of the delivery and distribution from the manufacturers, apparently, and SKS took up our complaint with them immediately.

All reviews are subjective depending on the receiver's experience obviously, for me things went extremely well, Kirsty at SKS was friendly, attentive, definitely knew her job and product, and had great customer service skills to boot. Worktops arrived on time, undamaged ( except for a piece of loose edging trim damaged in the work top wrapping ) which I must add was swiftly and without fuss dealt with. They look fabulous installed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience. Also, I checked and they were the "only" company in the Country with this price for this product by a long margin, 5 stars all the way.

The ordering process was easy and I liked the way the delivery charges were shown without having to go through to check out. The worktops and splashbacks arrived as advised and were in good condition. The delivery men were very helpful and pleasant. I have knocked off a star because the name on the delivery labels was not mine. The address was correct as was the postcode, the delivery was complete and exactly what I had ordered but the name on the order was wrong and nowhere near mine. This did cause me concern but I decided not to contact Sheffield Kitchen Supplies as the worktops would not be used for around a week giving them time to contact me if I did in fact have someone else's order. Bizzare

My worktops arrived on time and were a reasonable price will buy from there again if I replace them once more

fantastic staff and great advice on helping me put together the sizes and style to suit our utility extension. we had 1 problem with a unit and they rectified immediately by sending a new unit. we have already decided when we replace kitchen were going back to them. staff even advised me on a recommended joiner to help build a specific unit for shoes to match.

First class help from start to finish.. would recommend to anyone.. door fronts are to a high standard and delivery was earlier that expected...

The kitchen came on time. The only thing missing was the extractor fan. Kirsty in the shop was quick to act and obtain the fan. Simon the fitter did an amazing job and he collected the fan and arranged a new fitting date. The old work was cut up into small pieces making it easy to dispose off. I would definitely recommend.

Really good quality kitchens and worktops at reasonable price. Helpful friendly staff. Prompt delivery and driver rang me before to give me precise time. Really good service.

I have had a really good customer experience with Sheffield Kitchen Supplies. I did loads of research on suppliers of ClicBox kitchen cabinets, and SKS were the most competitive and the most helpul.

We're not anywhere near Sheffield so all the communication was by email or phone. Sophie and Kirsty were so kind and helpful, and quick to respond. Kirsty answered all my picky questions about hinges, and provided a quote for my specification.

I purchased a selection of ClicBox base units, drawers, and wall cabinets with Harvard doors, having previously sourced samples. The order was delivered on the specified day by a friendly and helpful driver. Only one box had slight damage on a corner but the contents were protected by a big lump of polystyrene and undamaged. We opened every single box to check for any damage or missing parts. I'm pleased to say that everything we ordered was there, all well packed and labelled. No damage whatsoever.
The units will be installed next week.
I would buy from Sheffield Kitchen Supplies again and recommend them without hesitation. Customer service was faultless and I was treated with respect and good humour.
