Terrible customer service and quality . I needed to exchange a dress size and was a day over their tiny exchange window . Such rudeness and lack of concern that I am stuck with a poor quality dress that doesn’t fit . They are up and down on their sizes so I ordered what usually fits but it doesn’t . Quality has taken a massive nosedive . I won’t be purchasing ever again from this store

Went into Chadstone Sheike in February 2026. Had the intention of trying on and potentially buying 3 items of clothing. I spent 5 - 10 minutes looking around, along with several other women browsing in the store. All the staff were tucked in the back of the store talking, oblivious to the store having 5 or so potential customers. No one got welcomed, no one got help, no one was acknowledged. I walked out. This is not an isolated case either. The same occurred at the Fountain Gate store. Staff are rude, ignorant and should be fired on the spot. If they can't be bothered to do the job they get paid for, they should stay at home.

NO MORE SHEIKE FOR ME EVER
Due to sickness I was unable to get my online order.
When I did the dress was not suitable in many ways. I requested a refund or credit note as I realised I was out of the 2 week return window.( not by much and no paperwork in my delivery) The response was a black and white no from a person called Mia. I responded asking for some empathy due to my health situation. I cannot afford to be out of pocket the $188 for this unsuitable item. She didn’t even have the courtesy of a reply.
Unfortunately they have lost a Sheike. Customer for good! I will also be warning my friends who recommended me to shop there.

⭐ 1/5 — Shockingly Poor Customer Service and an Even Worse Delivery Policy
My recent experience with Shieke has been nothing short of infuriating. After my order went missing, I reached out to their customer service team expecting at least a basic level of support. Instead, I received the same copy-and-paste response twice, with zero genuine effort to understand my situation or provide any meaningful resolution.
Shieke has a deeply flawed and customer-unfriendly delivery policy. By default, they set orders to Authority to Leave — meaning your parcel can be dropped anywhere, with no security, no signature, and no accountability. They then hide behind an obscure little tick-box option at checkout that customers are expected to notice and change if they want a signature. If you miss it (as most would), you’re left completely out of pocket if something goes wrong.
And when something does go wrong? Shieke immediately absolves themselves of all responsibility, pointing the finger entirely at Australia Post, despite the fact that this situation is caused by their own default settings and policies. Their “support” consists of telling you to chase other parties or “report it to the authorities,” as if that fixes the fact that your parcel was never properly secured in the first place.
This company’s approach to customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and shows absolutely no regard for the people who spend their money with them. The experience has been so poor that I’ll be sharing it across multiple platforms to ensure other customers are aware of how little protection or support they can expect when shopping with Shieke.
Shop elsewhere — Shieke’s policies leave customers vulnerable, and their customer service offers nothing but scripted responses and zero accountability.

Terrible customer service and returns policy
The phone went to an answering service 19 times before someone picked up. Caller had a baby in the background and was very noisy, seemed distracted. Several phone called and emails and my concerns have not been addressed. The same customer service representative keeps referring to the item as not being faulty. That has never been my concern, the dress is completely sheer and not as described and fit for purpose. If I knew it wouldn’t look at all like the pics I would never have purchased it for a day time event. You can see all my legs, bum and vagina. It’s inappropriate.

Will not return. Worst sizing
So very disappointed. Went to the Birkenhead point store. The staff are lovely but that is where it ends. What is with the sizes. My mum and are both a normal 14-16, the size 18 didn’t come close to fitting in any outfit. Left there and got a cake to eat our feelings of sadness. They are selling “bigger sizes” to feel inclusive but what they are actually doing is making people feel terrible not fitting into their poorly sized clothes. Won’t shop there again!

Very disappointed! My daughter bought me a dress as a gift for my 50th birthday. Even though I am normally a size 10, the dress is way too big on me. I went in store only 2 days after getting the gift on my actual birthday to exchange for the same dress in a smaller size. I had the receipt, and all tags intact, but they would not let me do a simple exchange as my daughter purchased it over 21 days ago. The dress was still on the shelves and not on sale. The assistant rang her Manager and they refused. How utterly ridiculous!! For a $240 dress I now have to pay to get it fitted correctly! I love their designs, however, if you are purchasing as a gift make sure you are absolutely certain of your choice!

Pacific Werribee ignorance
Walked into Pacific Werribee with my daughter. Eye contact and greeting made to my daughter. I was ignored so I flicked through the racks near where staff member was to test my theory of who she wishes to assist. Still no contact. It was so obvious. Perhaps I don’t fit their demograph but I may have been wanting a pair of earrings! And who was she to know who was likely to spend the money - me or my daughter???
they would not Return my dress: passed 21 days exp date
I Purchased a dress on 8/9/24. The wedding I was going to wear the dress too got cancelled. I went to return the dress which was never worn and had all the labels on it. It passed the return policy date of 21 days by 10 days. I was told quite bluntly by the shop assistant in the Parramatta store no you cannot return. I have been a regular customer for over 20 years, but I will not step foot in one of your stores again. I will also pass this message on to my friends not to every again try and purchase anything in your stores. I also did not like you shop assistant in the parramatta store calling me Love. She needs to have more manners.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Sheike - Upper Mount Gravatt, thanks to the excellent assistance provided by Abby. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces. I will definitely be returning in the future, thanks to Abby's outstanding customer service.
