Nightmare since moving to Imprint

Nightmare since moving to Imprint. Card sent to wrong address. Nobody to talk to to fix it. No card for getting gas. No way to close my account. I'm waiting for the charges to start on a card I don't have, can't get and can't use. Moving from Citi Bank was a good idea but the transition has been a worst case scenario. I gave up. I was throwing entire days at it. Using Exxon now!

After Shell transferred to the Imprint…

After Shell transferred to the Imprint system, it has been sheer hell trying to navigate the system. Upon trying to cancel card, I found it impossible. Wait times over an hour on several occasions, no agents, no other contacts. Contacted MasterCard directly, who handles the card, and was told it was a bank out of Russia with no contact information. Contacted Federal reserve and found that first bank and trust in South Dakota actually handled that account. Spent over six hours trying to resolve issue. No wonder Shell has such a low rating. It sucks. Will not support this company any longer. Don’t you either.

Shell’s rewards app is garbage

Shell’s rewards app is garbage. iPhone has log in password info and more than not when I try to log in when sitting at a pump trying connect to a station it tells me username account doesn’t exist. It does and use it once a week at least. This seems to happen at least once or twice a month and I have to go around and around trying to get back into it. App seems broken more than it is not. Not worth the 5,10,20 sent hassle. Also went to fill up on Sunday like their promo of .22 cents discount per a gallon but never applied and only received basic discount. Garbage.

What right, exactly, DOES A GAS STATION HAVE to put a hold on ALL YOUR MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT????!!!!

Apparently they have every right to steal everything you have and hold it hostage to "make sure there's enough money in your account"

THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!!! I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY SERVICE AND MISSED MY BILLS BECAUSE OF SHELL!!!! I went to buy 20 dollars worth of gas and instead, THEY PUT A HOLD ON EVERYTHING I HAVE!!!!!

I'm not getting a loan. I didn't get any service or product. THE PUMP DIDN'T EVEN WORK AND IT WAS DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF A LIVE AGENT AND AS SOON AS YOU REQUEST A SUPERVISOR, THEY JUST HANG UP AND IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHELL IS THE WORST, I WILL NEVER, EVER USE A SHELL GAS STATION TILL THE DAY I DIE, AND MY SPOUSE AGREES. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME SHELL HAS DONE THIS TO ME AND I WOULD RATHER PAY THIRTY CENTS EXTRA EVERY TIME I FILL UP THAN DEAL WITH THIS B.S.

Went to get gas in Andover nj ,33 us206 I waited five minutes while the older man was talking to a friend in the office ,finally he comes out I ask for 20 regular he puts in my card goes back to talking I said I asked for 20$ regular he filled my tank !!!! He then stated well nothing I can do ,so nasty and rude maybe the attendant working shouldn’t be allowed company while working . I will never go back to this location . Attendant didn’t apologize or show any type of care .very nasty and disrespectful

im not ever going back to a shell station again! ive tried calling customer service there was a machine saying there closed is shell going out of buisness? or something? or are they doing a corporate transfer to another company owner? the people at the spiceland indiana shell are rude the guy would say oo god! because i have a physicle dissabillity

This company is a sham. They tell you how to contact them for complaints only to never get back in contact with you. Everything about this company is a money grab and that’s it.

Disgusting company.
Have tried messaging several times over various platforms with no response following one of their gas stations taking 3 x $76 off my card whilst trying to use gas.
I want my money back.

Substandard fuel and Costly Repairs

They spend more time making excuses for their poor fuel quality than they do actually verifying the facts. I ended up getting bad fuel from one of their service stations a few months ago and ended up going in circles with them as they constantly pointed fingers elsewhere; likewise with everyone else: station, transporter, etc. Yet the facts clearly indicated that they are switch-loading fuels and causing cross-contamination. In the end, the best advice is avoid this disreputable company and their products at all costs.
