Locked out by 2FA issue
Two factor authentication isn’t working after I got a new phone and I have to email documentation and wait 48 hours to get my account back. They keep asking for more verification and I've been locked out for five days.

Games don't save progress if you leave and come back later. I lost a bonus round because the game reset completely. It is very annoying to have to deal with this when you're in the middle of something fun.
I tried asking for a withdrawl and it sat in pending for 3 days. After that, without any notification or any kind of explanation, the request was reversed back to my casino balance. I then contacted support and they stated it was a technical error, but now I have to request the withdrawal all over again.
I'm getting logged out of the site every couple of minutes. This happens mid game and I find myself at the login screen again. It happens every session. I find it super annoying. I don't have the same issue on the desktop version, but I prefer playing on mobile.
I tried to cash out $180 and it was rejected with no explanation. Support said I had to wager my deposit first, but that does not even make sense because I had already played through it. It seems like they are just making up rules to delay your payment.
I was explaining my problem to a chat agent and out of the blue the conversation just ended. They didn't give any warning and didn't transfer me. I had to star a new chat and explain everything from the beginning again.
I made a cashout request over a week ago, and it is still in pending status. Support says it will be processed soon,but this is the fourth time I have heard this, and nothing has changer.Other players have mentioned they get paid within 2-3 days, so I don't understand whe mine is taking so long, especially without an explanation.
I tried to dowload my transaction history for my records, but there's no option to export. I have to scroll through the pages and manually screenshot everithing. For a casino that deals with real money, this feature is really something that should be a standard.
Requested a cashout on Monday, and evrything is still pending.Support keeps saying they are cheking with finance, but no actual update. I just want the 320 gone so I move on from this place.
I registered last week and I've received really annoying marketing emails from them. I keep getting 3 emails a day about promotion and bonuses. Even after I've unsubscribed from their marketing emails, I've continued to get them. It's so excessive and annoying. They clearly don't respect unsubscrible.
