Smart Savvy Deals took over after placing order at Safecard.com. It took them a month to finally get to me only to find out you have to attach your Credit Cards and be willing to pay .31 cents per purchase, plus 2.99% of total, $250 Daily Limit…. I got my money back. Safecard is a setup to milk your wallet!
