Shikhar Travels India Opiniones

I recently did my Mt.Kun Summit with Shikhar and it was a beautiful experience. I would rate their services 10/10. Everything from beginning to end of the expedition was well managed and assisted.
The Staff Team :
Vikas Sir… whom I never met guided me friendly through phone calls .
Manohar Sir …. Whom I met early morning in Leh,welcomed me with his bright smile and beautiful gestures. Took really good care of my health and foods that I eat (cuz I’m a picky eater) throughout my expedition (he gives Daddy wala vibes). Made every sure every hotel stays we’re comfortable for me.
Kitchen staffs were awesome…. I would never forget the base camp food. What an amazing cook is Phassang Uncle. He cooks the best with Akash doing the best to fill the table with foods. He makes sure to not leave anything out of table.
The Sherpas….. I’ve got Sherpa brothers now. The were the best! Very friendly yet very professional. They made sure I was fine every step during the climb, eating well and taking enough water.
And my co climbers were really supportive…… I’m missing the moment out there here in my home.
I would definitely recommend Shikhar Travels to my Mountain Paglu friends. Choose this agency and you’ll not regret.

The best agency if you want to organize a trek or expedition in the indian himalayas

Thanks Vikas, Suraj and rest of the team who seemlessly coordinated trip and managed very professionally. Much appreciated. Looking forward liaise with your business in future. THANK YOU.

The expedition to Kun Peak was perfectly organized. Everything was well planned, prepared, and professionally executed. The entire team was very good, pleasant, and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Working with Shikhar Travels India was a pleasure . The team in Delhi was knowledgable and experienced with making recommendations and booking private transfers, hotels and site-seeing that made for another outstanding trip to India.

Our travel arrangements in Goa and Delhi, and the recommendation and booking of a luxury train journey from Delhi to Rajasthan were handled flawlessly. When our international fights times changed they proactively advised of new transfer times.

We have used Shikhar Travels previously on a family trip in India in 2019, and were equally impressed by their knowledge of the country and their high level of customer service.

When we returned to India this time we had no hesitation in using Shikhar Travels again to book our tour of the South of the country having had such a good experience with them before. The staff were very helpful in providing all sorts of suggestions for places we should visit whilst being aware of our own wishes. Their input was very useful & they came up with a route that suited our requirements including the standard of hotels that we wanted. We had two excellent drivers to take us round and very informative guides to provide background information of the various sights & locations. We particularly enjoyed our wildlife trekking & boating at Periyar National Park. Unfortunately the elephant experience was disappointing as it turned out to be a short ride in a small wood rather than the inferred safari through the park that we expected. It was my wife's birthday near the end of our tour & we had a lovely surprise when Shikhar Travels arranged a special dinner & birthday cake for her. Many thanks for a great holiday, in particular a big thank you to Capt Swadesh Kumar & Susheela Gopinath who were our prime contacts.

Our school recently organized an Educational Tour to Delhi & Manesar in collaboration with Shikhar Travels, and the overall experience was excellent.

The arrangements for travel, accommodation, food, and activities were well-planned and smoothly executed. The team maintained a high level of professionalism, ensuring student safety, comfort, and timely coordination throughout the trip.

We sincerely appreciate their dedication, courteous staff, and efficient management, which contributed greatly to the success of our tour.

Disorganised, overpriced, accommodation sub-standard - very unhygenic, food below par- more or less same fare dished out everyday, during parikrama - packed lunch is unhealthy and unsustainable. Overpriced for what we got in return. You are left at the mercy of local agent once they have your money. Very unprofessional. Local agent aggressive.

Very good and exceptionally strong guides. Very good ratio to climbers. Very good food during all the expedition. Good relation between service and price.
Recommend this agency!

Shikhar Travels very professional company, perfect communication, great service, highly recommend for all level of mountaineering expeditions.

This summer, I had an unusual awesome experience in Indian mountains. The person in charge and managing director of Shikhar Travels were helped me very kindly and warmly. Local staff including Nepal sherpa guide were excellent and very thoughtful. Thanks for all!

I had the pleasure to take part in an combined fixed-departure expedition to Kang Yatse II and Mt. Nun in august.
The service of Shikhar Travels was perfect. This started with my ideas for an individual arrival at Ladakh and continued to the care of our sherpa for our security in high altitude.
I can fully recommend Shikhar Travel for mountaineering expeditions.
Thanks to Vikas an his collegues.

We contacted Shikhar Travels agency to trek in Ladakh region and climb Kang Yatse II. The agency fully met our expectations, the food was very good and plentiful, the Sherpas and the Indian guide were very friendly and fun. The agency was always precise and punctual.
We recommend Shikhar Travels agency if you want to visit India or climb Indian mountains. If next years we return to India we will definitely contact Shikhar Travels.

We took a 7 day tour of North India through Shikhar Travels in June-2023. It was memorable. Shikhar's travel team of Meenakshi, vikas and Devesh were very professional and delivered on their promise. They were there every step of the way to make our trip entirely hassle free. The guides and the drivers they arranged were very knowledgeable and were always on time. Hats off to Shikhar travels and I would highly recommend them to my friends and relatives. Thank You Shikhar Travels.

The timely assistance and the stay arrangements made were great. Would like to recommend to others for any travel assistance they need.

I would be happy to provide a review of my travel experience with Shikhar Travels!

My recent trip with Shikhar Travels was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, hassle-free, and incredibly enjoyable.

Firstly, I was impressed with the level of communication and support provided by Shikhar Travels. From the moment I contacted them to inquire about my trip, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing me with all the information I needed to feel confident and prepared for my journey.

When I arrived at my destination, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide who made me feel welcome and at ease right away. The tour itself was incredible - we saw so many beautiful sights and had the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of the area in depth. I appreciated that the tour was well-paced, allowing us enough time to really take in each destination and enjoy all it had to offer.

Throughout my trip, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the level of care provided by Shikhar Travels. From the comfortable and clean accommodations to the delicious meals and snacks provided, every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully planned and executed.

Overall, I would highly recommend Shikhar Travels to anyone looking for a high-quality, enjoyable, and stress-free travel experience. Their team truly went above and beyond to make sure my trip was everything I hoped for and more, and I am grateful for the memories and experiences I gained from my time with them.

Another great experience with Shikhar Travels. Our holiday came up to expectations. One or two minor issues were dealt with practically. The guides and drivers were all good people, competent and took good care of us. We left having good memories and interesting experiences.

A trustworthy travel agency that I can recommend to overseas visitors.
