The lady i spoke too was extremely rude and had a bit of attitude issue...infact she even got my one tennis bracelet wrongly made, placed glass filled stones instead of real gemstones for which I had paid but I got to know this when i recieved the product.. after me calling her repeatedly she agreed for refund but said that i need to send it back .i requested her to get a pickup scheduled as i have a infant n can't do all this plus it was her fault, she refused with high attitude...really pathetic woman n service
