I ordered clothes from shine in around June and got a email saying it was delivered and signed for. The truth is it never arrived and was not signed for. I don't recommend them. I think it's a scam.

Scam, thank goodness I didn't buy much, they said my order was delivered and it was not, it took over 6wks for that episode, I ordered july 1st, it's Aug 18th and stiIl nothing, no refund no pk no correspondence, they blocked my emails.

I ordered as I thought it was a uk company recommended by Dragon's Den. It isn't. It's a scam. My order was for 4 bottles for £39.95 but they took £159.80 from my card immediately. Contacted them as soon as I got the confirmation but they only offered 50% refund. I quoted the distance selling law/cooling off period law and they stopped communicating with me.
How I wish I had stuck to my usual process of reading reviews before ordering, I feel so stupid at believig the Sragon's Den recommendation

If I could have put no stars I would have. I just wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money on them. I only went and placed an order as I thought it was Shein which I had bought from previous. But when I kept sending emails to find out where the order was I was given a tracking number that eventually I checked it and apparently it had been delivered and I had signed for it. Rubbish. I wish they could be band from advertising and conning other people from getting conned

Total SCAM! I tracked my parcel for one month only to have it say Delivered and Signed for. It was not delivered and signed for by me! SCAM! Buyers be wear SHINE is very close to the SHEIN name! I was on the SHEIN web site and ended up on this SHINE Khrwe Shop!! BE CAREFUL

Placed my order believing this to be the official SHEIN shop but not realising I had been scammed until I checked my email and seeing the real name of the shop! It has been 2 months now and I have sent several emails to them, which were replied to stating that the order has to go through several countries so will take time. On last checking shipping update it said that my order has been delivered and signed for, it hadn’t! Funny, now they are not replying to my emails anymore!! Avoid at all costs!

Wish I'd read the reviews before paying an outrageous amount of money for these slimming gummies. I could have made myself at home!!!! DO NOT be taken in by these scammers who just take your money and sound really caring in their first email then it all goes south. Fortunately I only wanted to lose the last stubborn 7 lb but it will be awfully disappointing for anyone who wants to lose more weight. AVOID AT ALL COST! Would give no stars if possible!

Please stay away from this company as it is a total scam,I placed Two separate orders in June as I thought with Two different companies but I was completely mistaken, they seem to be trading under different names or probably more than Two names.I emailed them about my Two separate orders and was told" they were sorry but if I paid 2 separate costs of $15 dollars each for shipping costs which I had already paid when I placed my orders they would refund me.I was naive enough to order from them but I emailed them back saying under no circumstances would I pay them another cent.I have never had this happen to me with any other Company, they are completely dishonest and a total scam and I can only hope they will be closed down ASAP....Una

I ordered a few items in June & still not recieved the parcel . I emailed but it’s an automated service that replies . However after looking in it to it further & reading these reviews I now know why my order hasn’t arrived . I have certainly learned my lesson that if something looks to good to be true then it usually is .
I am disgusted at firms that do this as you put your trust in these companies & don’t honestly expect it to be a scam but I will certainly be very wary in the future as I am a senior citizen, living off a pension & can ill afford to waste money .
These people should be ashamed of themselves & I sincerely hope they get caught & locked up, as that’s deceiving people & just daylight robbery scamming innocent people out of money just for their gain . Yes I am very angry at people who do this . They need to be stopped.

Initially there were a few issues not being sent confirmation and tracking information, but after contacting live chat everything was explained and sorted. Unable to review tablets only just received, if everything goes has well what has been promoted it will be money well spent.

BUYERS BEWAREOFTHISCOMPANY, I went online to find out about Active Kato Shine Wellness came up with what looked like a really good deal 4 bottles for £49.99 the advert clearly shows 4 bottles together, you can imagine my shock when I was invoiced by Outlet-Herbal-Nutrient for £199.75 and showed each bottle costing £49.99 I contacted my bank and they advised me that if I think I have been defrauded by false representation I can report the company to Action Fraud I emailed the company and explained I need them to cancel the order and explained what my bank had advised and they did cancel my order and I got my money back.

This company is a fraud. They scammed my email and I realised later this was not above board. I order 119.85 pounds worth of goods and then found the email link didn't even come from my family member who I thought sent the original email. Beware!!

I was sent an email recommending this product from a friend, who turned out not to be her, but someone using her name.
I bought the product, going on her recommendation, cost 79.90, then after discovering how I'd been duped, I asked for a refund and to return the product.
I've now emailed them twice and got no response!

It's a scam! I did a live chat and asked them to cancel and refund me..minutes after I saw they had taken £119.85 from my bank. I was refused so I called my bank and put in a fraudulent complaint. Bank has refunded me.

Has anyone actually spoken to someone from this company, if so what number did you use, I've had exactly the same experience. No product, tracking unavailable, sounds like the start of ongoing issues

I ordered from this company ten weeks ago and still haven’t received anything from them. I have asked for a refund repeatedly and I keep getting the same reply that my order is held at customs. This is so frustrating and disgusting that they have had my money all this time and I now feel I am the victim of online theft. It is disgusting that they prey on those who are trying to lose weight. They promise much but deliver nothing.

Item not received 8 weeks on. Still sending emails for a full refund, but won't give it until I send items back.

I am writing to say what a concern it is to experience how your advert tricks people to believe they are having an off re of four bottles plus one free for 39.00 ! To find you have requested 159.00 from my bank this morning ! I have requested to My bank this morning that any future transactions are stopped with immediate affect ! I would appreciate a refund on my purchase and I will of course be taking this matter further with trading standards UK ! How dare you take good earned money from people under false pretences particularly in this current economic climate !!

I ordered the keto gummies about 6 weeks ago.After 4 days I received a message with my tracking details on. After 3 weeks I noticed the parcel had been delivered to the uk but nothing came through after that. 4 days ago all my tracking details had disappeared and DHl did not recognise my tracking number anymore. I used the live chat to raise my concerns as I had paid out over £159. I must say they were very good at sorting it out and within 5 mins I was asked if I wanted another order sending or my money back. Seeing as I did not realise I would have to wait this long I asked for the money back. 2 days later I am pleased to say it has gone back into my account. Such a shame I really thought I was ordering from this country like others did.
