I just received my order, and I am extremely disappointed. The product not only came very damaged but was also missing instructions and hardware. There are no supplies to mount the top banner to the stand. Additionally, the product received looks nothing like the images and product listed on your website. The mockup you sent over looks like a completely different item. As a tradeshow supply company this is unacceptable quality and craftsmanship. Please rectify this situation.

Communication alerting the customer when delays or issues arise with the order. Need to reach out to the customer in advance. could Shipping method could improve. Items were not delivered together and provided the wrong tracking numbers.

Fast and responsive replies, quality materials. The tent material is thick and doesn't feel like it would tear easy. The Velcro on the tent is also of good quality and feels like it will last a long time. We had an issue with the rubber feet breaking, did a warranty claim and was sent a new part very quickly. Great customer service!

William was amazing to work with and helped tremendously getting us a great tent and table cloths for our show. I just sent him a png of what I wanted and his creativity took over. This company is great!

Writing a response to my review dated Dec. 23rd, 2023. Ordered 10x15 canopy, aluminum frame, frame bag, and canopy. Bad was to large for the frame I had? Said it would be sent in 15 days? Then said it was back ordered? Then asked if I would take $30 dollars off. They responded to my review saying it must be a misunderstanding and asked me if I would like them to resend the bag. I just got off the phone with them and was told the email was sent from service. The gal needs to talk to service and she will get back to me. This is the same conversation I've had for three and a half months? There is no misunderstanding! They simply won't perform?

We couldn't be happier with our canopy. The customer service was so easy to work with, informative, and timely on responses. They met our timeline with at a problem. The canopy itself is a beautiful work of art. The colors are so vibrant and the canvas is very durable. The canopy frame is sturdy and will last a long time. We are very pleased and gladly recommend ShiningShow to anyone needing a custom canopy.

Great Customer Service!
All my concerns from design to delivery were excelent

I purchased a custom 10x20 "I" package and two charge stations on Nov 12, 2023. I received my full canopy package Nov 24, 2023. For a custom unit that was one of the fastest turn arounds I have experienced especially this time of year. The charge stations took a little bit longer, I just received them 12/5/23. Wilson would communicate anytime there would be a delay in production though.
I worked with Wilson the whole time and he has been informative, quick to respond to questions, and just all around a pleasure to work with on such a big purchase(for me).
The quality I was a little hesitant to see due to the prices but OMG this unit is amazing! I have done a lot of trade shows because of the companies I've worked for and this is one of the best base models I have encountered!

Many many referrals to come! I won't recommend any other company!
