NO STAR. Complete Fraud. I paid £14.99 about a month ago. I only recieved order confirmation email. Tried so many times to contact them but no response. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING THIS.

I ordered a starter kit way back in June and after several messenger messages was told that there had been a delay with the Norwegian postal system (?!) I waited for a few more weeks and eventually gave up and asked for a full refund. Surprise I did get this, but after a lot of badgering. I then decided I wanted to really try the product, so ordered a top up kit for £14.99, that was on 4th September and still no product and now no way of contacting them. Or rater I can by clicking on previous messages but no website now and no reply. Next stop Trading Standards and bank for a full refund of my money. I know it's not a lot - £14.99 - but when you don't get what you paid for it might as well be £1m.

It took a month to receive my order and and i tried it on after receiving the item which i thought would never come when itw suppose to be 4-5 days delivery. This product damages your skin. Do not buy! No response from the company, Ive been chasing them for so many weeks! Need advice how to get my money back

Fraudulent company, processes payment but the order has never been received. On contacting their customer service they state they have no phone line, only "instant" responses via Facebook chat, however no one responds. Do not order from this service.

Nightmare, TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY, PAID £15 RECIEVED NOTHING THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BEFOR THEY TAKE ANY MORE MONEY OFF PEOPLE.

Terrible company. Either badly run or fraudulent. Purchased a shiny legs starter kit on 15th June 2017, received my confirmation email, which stated shipping to be 5-10 days. It has been nearly a month and I have not yet received my order. I have contacted them both via email, and facebook (their preferred contact method) and I have received no replies regarding my order. If I do not receive a reply tomorrow, I will be contacting my bank and possibly the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.

I ordered a starter kit from Shinylegs.co.uk on 1 June and was advised that I would receive it in 1-3 days.
When I haven't received the parcel by 15 June, I emailed them asking politely for an update regarding my order. I received an automated reply advising that they prefer contact via messenger, which I did. No reply.
On Monday, 26 June I sent another message and was ignored again. I also posted the same question on their fb page. And guess what - no reply and the post has been deleted...
I also have been blocked from their page and on messenger, so cannot post or comment on anything on their page or send messages...

I have contacted Trading Standards regarding this. I know it is only £18 but I have seen a lot of comments on their page where they have treated others exactly the same, so I am not the only one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! placed the order which never arrived. Only way to contact them was through messenger. They ignored my messages and eventually replied saying it must've got lost in the post and they would send another one out. Still have not received it and they ignore all my messages so contacted my credit card who have given me a full refund. Wish I had read reviews on here first!!

If i could give this site no stars i would. IT IS A SCAM!!! I had one reply saying that my missing order was being sent out. Three weeks on and nothing. The email address just sends a reply telling you to contact them via messanger and when you do they have blocked you so your message will not send. This is fraud.

I ordered the starter kit on the 3rd of June expecting it to arrive within the 5 to 10 day timescale.
I still haven't received my order. I have made several attempts to contact them through Facebook messenger (which is their preferred method of contact) to no avail! I have now been blocked from sending them any future messages. I was not rude in anyway. This is my exact message:

NB. If I still hear nothing by the end of the month I will be contacting my bank to get my money back and I will reporting the company as fraudulent.
Very careless if this is a genuine company as alienating customers isn't the way to do business!

Ordered on 6 May, credit card charged on 7 May, no product received to date. No response to messages. Will initiate chargeback.

Company is a not legit. No product received after months and no answer to emails and call not connecting. All facebook messages gets ignored also. Noticed there deleting any bad comments and managing to continue to take peoples money.

If only I had seen these reviews first. Total no show. No way to contact as all methods fail. Complete disappointment!! Will be contact back on this one :(

Order not received. Tried emailing but get an automated response saying they don't use email and to contact them via their facebook page. Tried that but messages via Facebook page get ignored. Tried phoning too but it just beeps twice and then cuts off!

Order never received. Complaints deleted from their facebook page and they've blocked me from contacting them. Its a scam and I will be looking to get my money back.

Failed to Deliver

It's been weeks now, no delivery. Doesn't even show as dispatched. Have contacted them SO MANY TIMES yet no response at all.

Even contacted them through their original Scandinavian website. No reply. Facebook posts to the wall are deleted. Now initiating a chargeback with my bank. Avoid.
