AVOID THEY STRESSED ME A LOT!
I have been importing for years i have never seen an agent like this!! people keep ignoring you.
In my emails i keep asking questions they keep ignoring me take my advice never ever
they also promised me for cheap delivery but once everything is done they did not care about me :) i hope you understand.

ALSO THEY CHARGED A LOT FOR Terminal charget 5 times more from other agents i am waiting for an explanation avoid!!!!!!

Our experience was a very good one. The handling of our shipment (Morgan car) was excellent in every way. We received photos and video off the car at the warehouse prior to loading in the container and then in the container. The ship sailed as per schedule. We used the online tracking facility to monitor the ship on its way to NZ.
On arrival the customs clearance and delivery to the local agent was handled very professionally.
We were very satisfied with total experience and have recommended Unsworth to a family member who is currently shipping three vehicles to NZ.

All I can say is that my experiences with Unsworth RV have been faultless right from the time of receiving our cars to delivery in New Zealand. I have recommended the company to contacts without hesitation.

Absolutely Perfect! Seamless, Rapid & Everything I Was Looking For

The process was well explained and communication was excellent. I must admit to a degree of caution undertaking a process whereby there was so much that could go wrong - shipping a caravan from one side of the world to the other - but these guys are the absolute best. Professionalism and reassurance at every step of the process. Well done, and I have - and will continue to - recommend you, as well as use you on future occasions.

Good service and reasonable rates (considering the current environment). Packing of the caravans isn't always as good as it could be, but generally very good.

Expensive , inaccurate and not flexable

I have used Unsworth on a previous occasion to ship a caravan to New Zealand. So when I purchased another van I approached them again. They are really good to deal with considering you are on the other side of the planet. Quick to respond and keep you up to date. It's great that they send pictures when your vehicle arrives at their facility and as it goes into the container. Showing the care they take wrapping and protecting it for the journey. Would I use them again? Yes definately.

I would not use this company again. One of our cars arrived with oil marks on the upholstery and carpet. There was also an increase on the speedometer of 90 miles that is unaccountable.

Bringing a van in from NZ is a bit of a mission but using unsworth RV they took all the hassle out for us. Made it very easy and shipping in this climate is a very daunting task but I’ll do it again because of these guys. I would rate them higher than 5 star if I could.
