Damage of item
It's OK with delivery, but there was a toaster in the package and it was broken. Probably the way DHL handles parcels is not so careful.

prices had gone up. A lot
The service was quick and the people polite. However for the same size of pack in 2022 I had paid 5.41 euros, while yesterday 11.18 euros. Both deliveries were within Athens area. That's double the price in 1 year!

The only thing that I did not like was…
The only thing that I did not like was that even though I asked to be called on my phone half an hour before arrival, you came and left without any call and I had to find out on my own that you had already left. The message you sent me said nothing about where to pick it up and I had to contact you via your site to find my parcel.
Other than that, you did exactly what you said you would. Thank you.
