I placed an order for the action bible on September 7th & have tried to contact someone regarding my order but am ignored. Haven’t received anything regarding my order! Paid $49.00+ for my order.

I payed for and ordered a health book thru this avenue. It cost over $50, but after 3 weeks i have had no correspondence from them and no product either. Last time for me

I purchased 3 books from HEYISAIL and confirmation email telling me the order was placed and card was charged.
I sent other emails and got no reply.

Placed an order at the beginning of July, I received the confirmation by email but nothing else. This store seems to be linked between multiple entities heyisail, shiptosail, flewsail and playfulhare) and you get no support or answers. Last time I order something on something else than Amazon. AVOID AVOID AVOID

First and last time I will buy through this website. 2 items were both same size ordered but when received one doesn’t fit at all and the other one is very small. Return policy states if the problem with the items is the consumer error then the consumer is required to pay postage. The items are received. We’re not my problem. They were incorrect as far as size was concerned even though I ordered two of the same size. Would not recommend this website to anyone to make purchases. I have learnt my lesson never again.

Ordered three items from this website. It took over two months, they charged almost as much in shipping as the items cost. Two of the three items came, and they are nothing like the picture. They are not the same color, shape nor make of the item in the picture. Would not order from them again nor suggest this site to anyone else.
