Fabulous customer service. I was unable to sign for the parcel and so it was returned to Shiva. They found it immediately and arranged to resend. All in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and great communication, it's a pity Royal Mail are not as efficient as these guys.

I have made several orders from this company. Each has arrived in very good time, within 2 days and the product quality is always very good.

They also assisted when I had an issue, which turned out to be my fault!

While I was browsing the website a pop up offering a 10% discount appeared. At the checkout it did not work. I Emailed. Several days later I got an email saying it’s now only a 5% discount code. So I closed the account. Upon doing so the website says ‘SEE YA’ - not Thank You - We hope to see you again soon. That should tell you all you need to know.

Best customer service if you have any issues can rely on giles to sort it. 10/10, i never go out the way to reveiw a smoke shop

Order a stem replacement and 2 bowls got sent a silicone bong and grinder instead

I ordered a chillum from Colorado, USA. First one arrived in just a few days. it was broken from the journey and they refunded me immediately, I ordered another one and it arrived even faster in perfect shape. Smokes great, I love it.

brought a bong from them 2 months ago and the percolator broke they couldn’t refund me as it’s past the time which is fair enough but they did give me a 20% discount to buy a new one and there customer service is 12/10

So I made an order that arrived quick, unfortunately the item in question had a fault. I phoned Shiva up, sent them over pictures of the issue and got my issue fixed. This occurred within a couple of hours and had I replied sooner I'm sure it would have been even quicker!

Bottom line is the customer service is fantastic and an absolute rarity these days, Paul took my issue seriously and sorted the problem quickly, having worked in retail the level of service I received was top notch, so much I felt compelled to write a review and share my experience.

If more companies could be like shiva it would be a godsend. Anyway I will surely be dealing with them in the near future. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for getting me sorted ASAP!

Great service. Quick delivery and excellent value for product.

Shiva has a great choice of goodies for the enthusiast. I recently purchased 3 items, which all arrived together, packaged well and discretely with no issues. The customer service is top notch!

everything went well
