We’re sorry to hear you had a negative experience on Shock.

Our Trustpilot reviews are also from real users. A large number of our players are part of our VIP program and choose to leave feedback based on their experience using Shock. We are thrilled they feel so strongly to leave us such positive reviews.

Regarding the live table delays you mentioned, different providers and connection routing can sometimes cause slight timing differences between platforms, however we take claims like this seriously and would be happy to investigate further. We’re sorry to hear your recent experience on Shock didn’t meet your expectations. We understand that losing sessions can be frustrating, especially during streaks that feel unusually unlucky.

That said, we would like to clarify that a number of the claims made in this review are not possible based on how the games operate.
Blackjack outcomes, seating positions, and card distribution are controlled entirely by the certified game provider’s system. Neither our platform nor the dealers are able to manually influence cards, alter outcomes, “block” winning hands, or change results based on where a player is seated or whether other players join or leave the table.

While losing multiple hands in a row can absolutely happen in blackjack, this does not indicate manipulation of the games.

This allows players to:
• View hashes and seeds
• Replay previous game rounds
• Verify outcomes independently
