A little annoyed as the boots were described as leather and there isn’t a leather symbol to be seen.

I can see this item would be one of Bugatti styles which would be leather upper.
I see that one of the team have advised to return the item back for an inspection.

Used Pavers for the first time…
Used Pavers for the first time recommended by a friend. Bought two pair of shoes and a pair of slippers and I’m mega impressed bearing in mind I bought on line as well as I’m registered disabled. They fit me like a glove and I am delighted with them all. Pavers for me from now on.

The service I received at Pavers in Affinity Stoke on Trent on 5/4/22 was magnificent.The assistant, Linda, was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she maintained a cheerful, professional manner throughout.

Shoes bought at a good price but the info on the returns charge seems to be well-hidden on the shop's website - I couldn't find any information if and how much I was going to be charged for it. The charge became apparent only when the account was credited. I wouldn't have used the shop had I known there's a double charge - for the shipping (this was clear) and returns.

Delivery was very quick
Delivery was very quick, the shoes very comfortable with the leather softer than the Jones Sloop Boat Shoe which tI was looking for but they no longer offer unfortnately.
