It took a long time for the shoes to arrive but it was worth the wait! I love the quality and size were correct. Would definetly recommend!

I havent receive my order.

I want to update my review. I did finally get tracking information and received my shoes! I did get emails following up on my shipment to make sure I received the order. The shoes are awesome and our grandson loves them!

Ik heb nooit emails gekregen van jullie dat het pakketje verzonden ,onderweg of toekomen was. En toen we uiteindelijk gehoord hebben na lang wachten en sturen met Schoenmaten waar het pakje ligt reden we ernaar toe en was het al terug verzonden naar Engeland? Mijn email was juist ze. En nu wachten we op een antwoord voor het geld of moet terug verzonden worden 😡

Custom snorlax and jiggly puff airforce 1 look alike 🥰🥰🥰love them .Took awhile to get here but look exactly like the pictures ,i’m usually a size 9 W in airforce 1s these are pretty tight .But over all great product ,they actually came, so it is a legit site and cute asf 🥰🥰

The company is very easy to get ahold of, as well as super friendly customer service! It took a few months to receive my package but they explained that the shoes are fully custom and may take longer. The shoes themselves are great quality and vibrant. They hold up nice and look exactly as the image was shown when purchasing! 10/10 would recommend.

I would not recommend shoemate. The coustomer service was terrible. We ordered our product and never received our shoes. We reached out to get information several times and they sent us a tracking number, the tracking number indicated the product was never received for mailing. It has now been two months and we still don't have the product. The company just keep responding with the same tracking information. I will never buy from shoemate again. Worst experience ever!

Got my sneakers today. Are they real nikes? It took sometime to get. BUT they are super cute Sylveon pokemon sneakers. If you want to rock your favorite pokemon than these sneakers are for you. Fake nike or not…still am awesome shoe.

I ordered my shoes in early February and still have not received them! Surely it doesn't take 3 months to ship a pair of shoes. I have not been able to get a response from the company about the status of my order. I would not recommend this company.

I did receive the shoes, months after I ordered them. I had honestly forgot I ordered them. Upon receiving them I noted that they are extremely poor quality. The shoe material is cracking after one time wearing them, and the shoes are very uncomfortable. They may only have a use on a shelf

I was looking for a new pair of shoes when i found this site. Europe shipping was pretty fast. Excellent shoes

While I do like quite a few things about my ordered shoes, here's still a LOT of room for improvement on Shoesmate's behalf.
Though first off: the shoes I got look great! They are comfortable to wear, the colors are surprisingly nice and the variety of shoe designs in general is pretty impressive. I really like my ninetales shoes design-wise.

In terms of quality, that's where I'm a little critical. The shoes get advertised as an Air Jordan which they simply aren't. I think it's quite disrespectful towards the customers to lure them with false advertisement. Additionally, the shoe sole is... a little underwhelming. I was expecting shoes with a sole that would have some good grip, not an almost completely flat surface. I am more than happy to pay almost 100 USD for shoes with a good sole and over all good quality, but I really wonder how justified that price is considering the current quality of the shoes.

There were some payment problems too, but the customer service was nice and respectful and the issue got resolved. No complaints there.

Over all, I like the shoes! I even got compliments from strangers because they just look awesome. Though, Shoesmate really needs to work on the quality of the shoe sole specifically. And they should really stop advertising something as an AJ while it obviously isn't one. Fix this and/or adjust the prices and I'll maybe buy another pair in the future.

Ordered them in November - now mid-January and they’ve just gotten thru Greece customs. They were meant to be a Xmas gift….

I ordered your shoes and they looked like the ones I bought except for the fact that they weren’t Air Force ones as advertised! What the heck man! I think it was November 29 2024 I’m not sure but it was the last few days of November for sure.

The shoes we ordered are great. We did have some issues with shipping due to the holidays, however they were responsive and helpful in taking care of the issues.

I placed an order of the middle of November. I got a message that my order was complete and arrived in Illinois on December 7. I emailed the company on December 11. Wondering when I would get my shoes. They responded that USPS shipping takes 11 to 15 days. It is now December 26. I have still not received my shoes. I would rate this company with a one star, but I am hoping the shoes will at least give it a two star. All of this makes me wonder if this is a scam or a real company. If they don’t arrive soon, I will dispute them with my credit card company.
