I bought 12 boxes I received the email that I had received the delivery also DHL lie I had signed I contacted ShoeStack saying that there was no one at home on this day that it would be impossible to have signed so I asked for proof of this signature that DHL had put in the system that I signed also they did not solve anything because they came with many excuses and were not able to show they saíd I signature because it does not exist and I lost the boxes and the money 😔😡😡
So far they keep lying because if they said they have my signature they should show at least the shoestack that were the one who requested their service , I'm not going to report something I didn't receive but I paid to shoestack.. I won't waste my time again and I won't buy anything again thanks and enjoy it

We’re sorry to hear about this and understand how upsetting a missing delivery can be.
DHL’s tracking confirms the parcel was marked as delivered and a signature was recorded. When you advised that no one was at the property at the time, we raised this directly with DHL and requested further clarification on your behalf.
As the item was reported as stolen after delivery, we explained that we’re unable to report theft to the police on a customer’s behalf. However, we provided the appropriate form and guidance so the matter could be reported, enabling DHL and our insurers to investigate. Without a crime reference number, the claim could not be progressed further.
This process has been successfully followed for the delivery of over 6,000 parcels and ensures all customers are treated fairly and consistently. We have also contacted Trustpilot to review this case in line with their guidelines. We remain happy to assist further should the required documentation become available.

I ordered the shoe stacks for my partner to put his collection of sneakers in. It looks really, really cool. The quality of the boxes is great and his large shoes fit in perfect perfectly with some extra room in there. He is a size 11.
We will definitely be buying more! Why keep beautiful shoes hidden away!

It's not about the problems - it's about how they're dealt with
I failed to enter a discount code during checkout - support did me a one-time gesture favour and refunded me the difference from using the discount code.
I ordered 6 ShoeStack boxes - one of them had a broken hinge on a door; I had to talk the owner Bernardo out of sending me a new door as my superglue fix was of perfect quality.
I also missed a step during assembly which resulted me in my doors not closing properly- Bernardo sent me a video through WhatsApp which fixed my issue.
ShoeStack are amazing in dealing with the little man like I'm a big fish. This level of customer service with online orders is refreshing to receive these days
