Jeg købte et par støvler hos shoethebear.dk, hvor der desværre var en fejl på, så sømmet, som sålen var sat på med, var gået op i skoen, så jeg ikke kunne gå i dem uden at det gjorde pokkers ondt, da sømmet jo så også gik op i min fod. Så skrev jeg til dem... De svarede med det samme og uden nogen problemer sendt de mig et par nye sko. DET er god service.

Jeg køber gerne flere af deres lækre sko. Jeg synes, at deres service er helt i top og leveringen var også hurtig (begge gange).

De får mine bedste anbefalinger.

"Contact customer service prior to return", they say. Tried to, but only got an answering machine. Return if you live outside Denmark cost a fortune, and don't be sure you get a refund. I still haven't! Will not purchase from this shop again. Too bad actually, as they have nice shoes, but nevertheless not worth it if they don't fit, and you end up paying for both the shoes returned, and the expensive return -all for nothing!

On March 15, 2017 I bought a pair of boots through Shoe the Bear homepage. After waiting for more than 1 month, I contacted Shoe the Bear to ghet an explanation and they informed me that they had already shipped my order and that I could follow the shipment. Unfortunately, the link did not work and I contacted them again asking for an expected delivery date. After another 8 mail correspondence and 2-3 weeks passed, I was told that the supplier unfortunately had exchanged 2 orders. So how come I had not received any boots, not even the wrtong ones? Therefore, I contacted them again to ask for an explanation and, at the same time, asked them to refund the amount if they could not confirm a delivery date. As speaking the correspondence is with Safesslbillpay.com, who doesn´t seem to make a refund. Now we have May 16, 2017 more than 2 months after placing the order! What company sends out a survey to be compared to be a reliable company giving good service??? I have never been dealing with such an unreliable company - never place an order with SHOE THE BEAR or trust SAFESSLBILLPAY.COM

Jeg er så uheldig at have købt et par støvler hvor lynlåsen i både højre og venstre støvle rykker ned når jeg går😖Ret ærgerligt at jeg ikke kan finde kvitteringen . Der er ikke noget at gøre. Det er simpelthen ikke godt nok !!!! Dårlig kvalitet.
