Good Service and Excellent Support System

This is not a legitimate license. It’s a cracked license and doesn’t work. No refund received, as wasn’t willing to grant them access to my system to “fix it”.

I had a terrible experience with them. My entire website was completely deleted from their server without any backup. When I contacted support, they told me that my site was hacked. A professional hosting company should have security measures and regular backups in place, but in this case, they had nothing to restore.

The most shocking part was their response. Instead of helping me recover the site, they simply told me to redevelop my website again from scratch. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and care for their customers.

Because of their failure, I lost all my hard work, time, and the online presence I had built. Downtime like this damages trust with my own clients and affects my business.

A hosting provider’s job is not only to store websites but also to protect, secure, and recover them in case of problems. If they cannot guarantee even the most basic backup and recovery service, then they are putting every customer at risk.

I strongly warn others: do not risk hosting your website here unless you are prepared to lose everything without any support.

Server performance is excellent. It loads too fast. I suggest to improve customer service. I found rude approach when escalating any issue and unfriendly manners. However I am satisfied with their server performance and pricing. Best of luck.

Always it was showing under maintenance...I was not able to login on website...& Malware has been introduced in website

This is just a mind blowing company and it's services are now like rocket boosted. As i saw some of reviews are being fake and totally wrong 😑. Yes it is true that in previous time there is some mis behavior in server and outages but now it became a beast 😉 the server is just became awesome 👌 👏. I will recommend to go with shohost.com definitely. Btw i am running my e-commerce website through shohost.com.
