Shojin offers some very attractive investment opportunities and the background work they put in to make these happen is always first-rate. Dealings with the company are friendly; any questions are answered quickly and with as much detail as you require; and so far the returns have been impressive.

Having invested with SPP for a little while now (since 2013), I have always found them to be extremely thorough in identifying all project risks and possible mitigants, and having investors best interests at heart when bringing projects to us, and then subsequently managing them post investment.
Jatin and Sandy are both very analytical and intelligent about the UK Property market and when it comes to investors, are men who will honour their commitments and promises - I have direct first hand experience of this.
Their projects are all winners as they force capital appreciation through smart, innovative methods to maximise floor space. Coupled with their knowledge of planning / social housing / project financing and exit strategies, they ensures investors always have a complete picture and go into any project with eyes wide open giving each project the best chance of success.
The other factor which makes them stand out from the crowd (and property development shops are ten a penny) is their alignment to investors by investing their own capital into each project, up to 10% of the equity raised. With SPP having skin in the game, and without charging up front or on going management fees, investors can be assured that they will do all it takes to ensure each project's success as they are only paid by taking a share of the profit on project completion.
They are building out their team now to grow their business and take it to the next level aiming to add a P2P Lending Platform, getting regulated by the FCA and ultimately an AIM listing. I will be more than happy to recommend others invest, and myself to keep investing so they we can all benefit and continue to be successful with great steady returns.
