From the start ShootCert made the process as straightforward as possible, with clear instructions. Their attention to detail and speed of return communication was superb.

I used Shootcert after being shocked by the fee from my G.P. Im so glad i did, as the Drs completely messed up the paperwork and overran the time allowed by over 50%. Shootcert stepped in and assisted, which caused the Drs to get their act together and comply. Then my notes were checked and returned to me in extremely short order and i could complete the application.

Did a great job and left the G P surgery to get on with their primary task.

First time user of the ShootCert service despite being a shotgun certificate holder for 40 years. Very straightforward intuitive website to sign up. Regular reminders, prompts, for example check that GP surgery had received SAR. Once ShootCert had my records (a reassuringly slim envelope for a 71 year old!) they provided the Pro Forma as a pdf within 12 hours. A truly gold star service.

I highly recommend SHOOTCERT. As my GP parctice no longer provide medical information for shotgun cetificate renewal I was forced to look for an alternative service, SHOOTCERT were very clear and simple to use and provided an efficient service with regular updates - worth every penny!

So much easier than dealing with the local Dr's surgery, just fill in forms, pay the fee, then just sit back and wait, ideal.
