Senza parole. Ho acquistato 11 profumi e ne ho ricevuto solo 1. Ho provato a contattarli ma senza avere una risposta. Ora tramite pec vedo che tutti gli indirizzi sono inesistenti. Sono partner da 12 anni e non ho mai avuto problemi, prodotti eccellenti, ma dopo questa esperienza disagiate non comprerò più da loro. Probabilmente è fallita

I ordered on January and, until now, I have not received it .
I have contacted you multiple times, but I keep receiving the same automated response saying that I will get a reply within 5 days. Unfortunately, no real update or solution has been provided. This is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service.At this point, I would like to request a full refund for my order.

Im hugely out of pocket from this company, ordered a large bulk christmas order for presents for family and myself through a long running fm agent and the delivery never came. She has been trying to sort it for 3 months now,been to the CAB and the bank, she's argued emailed done everything she can liasing with the company, sent ring door footage to prove the delivery never came, written statements etc and was finally promised a refund that never happened and all her customers like me and still waiting for fm to pay us back. I used to recommend these and often bought for friends and family but never again will I trust them

If I could give less than one star, I would.
Love FM fragrances, have been buying them for years, But this company is on its last legs.
Made an order over 2 months ago and it's still processing on their site.
Contacted the local supplier and the main offices about the issue multiple times, they didn't even respond.
It's a pity, because the products are very good, RIP FM World.

Bin Mega enttäuscht.Hab am 1.02.26 ein Parfüm bestellt und per Paypal sofort bezahlt und nix passierte .Trotz Mailanfrage keine Antwort .Heute wurde mir der Betrag ohne Angaben von Gründen erstattet .Laut Konto wurde die Bestellung storniert.Vielen Dank für nichts !!!

Ich bin seit Jahren Stammkundin. Zuletzt gab es bereits das Problem, dass man der Bestellung hinter rennen musste. Nun erreicht man nicht mal mehr jemanden. Weder per Email , noch per Telefon. Die Rufnummern sind nicht mal mehr aktiv. Am 4.2.26 habe ich 4 mal parfüm bestellt. Bis heute keine Ware erhalten . Das stinkt gewaltig nach Betrug. Seit Wochen schreibe ich Emails dorthin und niemand reagiert.

Although I've never purchased from FM World direct (I've bought on Vinted and mainly use Amazon), I find the quality is fantastic.
I feel the replicas are very similar to the real versions, and I actually prefer my Coco Madamoiselle dupe over the original! (Sorry Chanel!).
The scent lasts a long time, and ofcourse, the price is amazing. Good selection - even though I'm pretty boring and stick with the two I already adore and am well known for. The only downside for me is not having the lovely branded bottle, but hey - what can you expect. I'd highly recommend them. 👌🏻

Someone said 9 days to process an order . Try , my customer been waiting since DECEMBER 12 2025! And the company still claiming delays! It’s Now February 6, 2026! Almost 2 months later! Insane

Habe es am 12.01.2026 drei parfüme bestellt und habe es bis heute nicht bekommen und man bekommt nicht Mal eine Antwort zurück,aber die Zahlung soll gleich erfolgen.

Seit über 5 Jahren bin Ich nun als Partner bei FM registriert und habe noch nie irgendwelche oder ähnliche Probleme erlebt wie manche hier angeblich gehabt haben.
In den AGB's ist alles genau beschrieben und wer natürlich nur sein Häkchen setzt ohne sie durchzulesen Brauch sich nicht beschweren. Es heißt z.B. daß nur Original verpackte Ware zurück genommen wird und wer dann bereits benutzte oder ausgepackte Ware zurück schickt und sich beschwert weil es nicht erstattet wird, brauch sich doch nicht wundern. Es ist auch immer ratsam erst das gewünschte Produkt vom Berater zeigen bzw. riechen zu lassen, da jeder eine andere Wahrnehmung hat. Nur weil auf irgendeiner Liste im Internet steht, daß ein Parfum nach einem Original riecht, heißt es nicht daß es auch stimmt.
Geschrieben wird viel und geglaubt auch.
Ich jedenfalls bin immernoch zufrieden und bestelle weiterhin bei FM.

They do not care about customers. My parcel went “missing” containing 20 bottles of perfume. Couldn’t contact these only via email which took them days to respond all I kept getting was “contact the delivery company” which I did and they where saying to contact the sender. It’s annoying. Eventually after explaining to them a million times they agreed to refund me. But I’m still waiting for this!!!!! I’ve reordered the order 6 days ago because the items where for other people who have paid which means I’m
Now £200 out of pocket and they still haven’t even processed the order!!! They literally don’t care at all. Constant emails sent to them with no response!!! So I’m £200 out of pocket and still no parcel!!!

Took 9 days to process an order. Told us that everything was up and running fine and there was no more issues with backlogs in the warehouse. Then they have now sent my item out and removed my business partners account from their system so now I won’t receive my commission payouts or be able to place orders for customers when I get them through..

Quality and strength of perfumes has reduced since I started using them in 2020. I need to spray several times a day and even then I can barely smell them.

Really cheap smelling fragrances, had the availability to sample a few, when told wasn't interested, was asked if f I wanted to buy a box to sell to people, red flag city.

This is quite simply the trail end of a con product established by what appears to be a pyramid scheme.

Daughter got given one as a secret Santa present. The equivalent of YSL Black Orchid, which is her fave. It was rancid. Was going to use it as an air freshener, but it was that bad it went straight in the bin. If there was a zero star rating, this would get it. Appalling. Avoid.

I have been using FM products on and off for over 14 years, including a spell running it as a business. The business side didn't work out for me but I know others doing very well. The perfumes are the stars of the products. They are not copies but their own brand, made in the same factory (Drom) as well known designer brands. As a result, the perfumes are the same or similar to designer brands for a fraction of the price. You can pay for an eau de parfum for the same or less than designer brand eau de toilette! Some comments on here are obviously rival companies and are ridiculous. One commented about a severe reaction to a product a week after applying it, which seems ludicrous. My own experience of FM for 14 years has been very good and certainly makes you question the costs of designer perfumes.
