No living customer service here…
When the swimsuit arrived it didn’t fit at all. I couldn’t even get it on! There were no instructions for returning. I tried several times to reach somebody for directions and have only talked with a chat box. Very annoying.
Adding insult to injury / just now I received a packet instructing me how to write a review! ( I am a teacher/librarian.). Grr.

High quality and Fast shipping
All the samples I’ve ordered from Bali Swim have been made exactly the way I expected. Shipping and delivery was fast. I needed the suit fast for a fashion show and Bali Swim was able to accommodate me. I will definitely be working with Bali Swim in the future for my production and designing needs.
