Great Customer Service
Topnotch customer service! I had to return my order for exchange (I ordered the wrong size) and the response from their online sales/customer service team was immediate, positive and really helpful. Dante from Online Sales made sure the item i needed was reserved for me even before I sent my return. Great service, GAG. Thank you! And did I mention they do deliver fast?

Great Service but No Exchanges
I purchased some shoes online (that were on sale). They posted them super quick. But they’ve arrived and they’re too big. They don’t offer refunds or exchanges which I agreed to when I purchased but doesn’t stop it sucking! Love everything about the shoe size 😭
