Great customer service, went above and beyond to help me with exchanges. Kyboot was my last resort, I have to stand 8-10 hours on a tile floor and I tried so many different shoes. My feet and legs would ache and throb every night. From the first day I wore my shoes the pain has gotten better. After one week I had no more pain. I am able to keep the job I love.

TO EXPENSIVE, CAN'T WEAR THEM THEY HURT MY FEET

This is my third pair of kyBoot shoes. My feet have many problems but these shoes are really exceptional. The best comfort I have experienced in decades. Plus they are incredibly durable and last a long time. The delivery went well also. I will continue to be a customer of this quality footwear and highly recommmend it.

Third time I've ordered, shipping time takes way too long, has never arrived by promised date.

She was the most helpful, knowledgeable and kindest representative I have ever encountered, she took care of everything right away and offered very valuable guidance on how to best start wearing my new shoes. Thanks

Love my shooes, I work 12 hrs a day standing and walking all shift s 4 days a week . Been all day with this pace for four days a week back to back for my 4 day my legs and feet were killing me . I been wearing them all this past 4 days and my legs are not bottering me

This is the only brand of shoes that I wear now. I have 4 pairs of KyBoot shoes and all of them are so comfortable. Just like walking on air.

If KyBoot wants to stay in the U.S, market, it needs to step up its game with delivery. Waiting 7 to 10 Days for shoes is unheard of - and detracts from the entire experience. Overnight would be expected for $400 shoes, but 3 days would be acceptable.

And I am referring to FREE shipping.

It took 2 weeks almost to bet the shoe amd then i read that 30 day return is from when it was shipped. It doesnt leave me.much time to try it out.regardless i am not happy with the product at all my feet still hurt me a lot and i wish i could exchange them at least.!

Customer Service is awfull. I place a order on Wednesday, there policy is to ship same day or next business day. They didn’t ship until Monday. I called the number, but they are just a call center with no information on the product. They cant even help you with finding the right shoe, i was suppose to get a call back when i wanted to speak to someone about the different shoes since the people at the call center don’t have a clue. But NO one called me. So i took a chance and bought what I thought would fit. Bottom line is for 400$ I expect 5 star customer service, I didn’t even get 1 star at that. I also didn’t select the free shipping choice either paid 5$.

This company has taxed my last nerve... I ordered a pair on May 2 it is now May 21 still no shoes I have tried to call and speak to a manager 6 times and still nothing. I have fed ex and my boot the tracking numbers they have me and no one has even called me back... they want refund my money or send a new pair of shoes to me . I Think that if you pay 400 dollars for a pair of shoes the customer service department should be a little more willing to help me out. No one seems to know anything about my order so I get the standard response... I'm sorry sir we will start a trace on the package and call you when we find it.....3 weeks later still waiting and out of patience... ..think twice before you deal with these people

I would like to think I'm a valued customer of yours, having previously purchased Kyboot sandals for myself and my wife and sneakers (Sursees) for myself. I had decided to now buy the Santis hiking boots ($425) for an upcoming hiking trip to Italy. They were sold out with no indication as to when they would be back in stock, which was important to me as I wanted to get them in time to break in before my trip. I inquired both by phone and email to try to obtain the date they would be back in stock, but was told that was unknown and impossible to find out. I found that particularly troubling because I went down this road before last summer, and the person helping me then sent off an email to Switzerland to get the answer in a similart circumstance. Apparently business is so good for you now that the effort of sending an email is too great to merely sell a $425 pair of boots. Consequently I drove up 3 hours to Vancouver, Canada, paid an additional 12% sales tax, but alas came home with my new Kyboots, from a professional dealer who appreciated my business! Sad.

The zig-zag seams along the edge of the insole are rough against my skin. I own the Gaya and didn't notice the roughness until it was broken in but since I wear socks with those it's not too bad.
BUT 3 summer shoes and sandals that I ordered have rough fabric which curled into my toes and rough stitching (1 with straight stitching and 2 with zig-zag stitching). I really wanted these shoes to feel comfortable for this summer.

I absolutely love what kind boots does for my feet how I’m able to walk over all kinds of terrain in comfort. If you’ve ever had any peripheral neuropathy this is the shoe for you. I would like to reach out to the people who run the company to suggest that they try to introduce some style into their line of shoes the one sandal I like the Roman sandal they took off the market so I did buy the other ones they’re just not pretty on the foot. However the feeling is like heaven. So I wear them But wouldn’t it be great if they had some really stylish models where they could incorporate the base into a more attractive shoe.

These shoes help m whole body! They are known to my friends now as my "miracle shoes".

I have had Plantar Fasciitis for 2 1/2 years now in my right foot. Then on top of it I broke the same foot in 2 places 14 months ago. Can't get it to quit hurting. These are the only shoes that keep me on my feet.

Love my shoes. I’m on my feet all day and now they are happy feet again.

Love my new sandals - I have heal spurs on both feet and KyBoot shoes and sandals are the only thing I can wear comfortably.
