What a horror story. I ordered a lufc top with players name and numbers on reverse for my 14 year old's birthday. It cost over £75. When it arrived, the lettering was damaged. I phoned up and they asked me to take photos of the damage. Then they said i need to return the item at my own cost. I have asked for a refund of postage and still having issues now. I have sent loads of emails and done exactly what they have asked and still no further forward and my son does not have a birthday present. The customer service is SHOCKING!!!!!! If you order from here then I hope that your order arrives in pristine condition as you will be out of pocket for a very long time if not. It is extraordinary for a premier league club to offer no care to it's customers. I would not normally write negative reviews but this is deserved. JUST SHOCKING!! SHAMEFUL LEEDS UTD!! Just shameful.

Bought my 8 year old son a shirt when the new kit was released, had his name and number put on, £65 which isnt cheap. Waited ages for the shirt, when it arrived it had several pulls on the arm and was covered in black marks, promised me a full refund now they have sent another shirt and only offering 10% discount, so its gonna cost me again to send it back. TOTAL RIP OFF. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Said I would buy some stuff to put some money into the club. Bought a top and a jersey which came to just over €150. That was last Thursday morning and it’s now 11pm the following Tuesday night and no sign of the stuff being dispatched. Next time I’ll buy my Leeds gear on AliExpress it would get here quicker.

It is with an extremely heavy heart I have to slate the club I have loved and followed for the past 52 years!
The club shop set up is antiquated and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I have directly contacted the CEO to inform him of my findings. Was promised someone would be giving me a call to which I still await!
I have also sent further emails to Mr. A Kinnear but he himself has gone missing!
Not good enough fir a club promoting a T shirt stating ‘football is for the fans’ REALLY.?
LUFC I suggest you start taking appropriate PRO ACTIVE ACTION, it SPEAKS far greater than WORDS! 😡

They quote despatch within 4 days, mine took over 2 weeks. Arrived 2 days after I requested refund from the credit card company. Emails ignored. Dire customer service.

Make sure you order the right size from the shop because there returns policy is terrible,I spent over 300 with them and 2 items were too big, I live in Ireland and had to post back at my own expense, this cost me €18 and still awaiting a refund two weeks later, sent 3 emails and had no response, sizes go out quickly so when I eventually get a refund no chance of ordering correct size. Glad the team is managed better than the retail side
